Happy is her rosebud, pink lips...
His blue, green eyes...
The bold, bubbly, red of the Indian Paintbrush outside my windows...
The deep, dark chocolate of my favorite Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips...
Seeing his stormy, grey truck coming up over the hill after a long day at work...
Creamy, tea-stained anything :)...
Frilly, lime green leafs coming unfurled in the sunshine...
My dad's silvery, snow colored hair...
My favorite Perfectly Pomegranate candle...
A new tube of shiny, Cocoa Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer...
Her chubby cheeks smeared with warm, gooey, soft chocolate and cookie crumbs...
My comfy, polka dotted, soft as a cloud, blue jammy bottoms...
Golden, caramel colored moonlight falling across her face at night...
My mom's deep, blue gentle eyes...
Her silky, satiny, honey colored braids dancing as she twirls in the sunshine...
Golden, yellow aspen leaves shimmering in the fall...
Juicy, firecracker red geraniums...
Soft and oh, so fancy lavender, lilacs....
A bowl full of magically delicious, sweet as candy, happy and colorful, Lucky Charms...
My list could go on and on...I think I shall always be adding to it....do you have a happy color list?

And...of course, absolutely anything that Leslie shares on her blog, A Creative Mint...her photos melt me from the inside out...always so lovely and brimming with inspiration.
Finally, my card based on Leslie's photo...I love this unexpected color combination.
This frilly, irresistibly sweet American Crafts ribbon has won my heart...
I used one of my all-time favorite stamp sets on this card...the set is from Papertrey Ink and is called Rustic Branches. I also used Melon Berry, Sweet Blush, and True Black ink, and Vintage Cream cardstock. The metal frame is from Making Memories, cameo button from Mara May's etsy shop, trim from Melissa Frances, and die cut from Anna Griffin.
Hope you had a colorful, happy day today.
I'm waiting for his, stormy grey truck to come on home any minute now.
Night.
Melis
