Taking a little time to lose myself in my favorite things...paper, glue, vintage sheet music, stamps, rhinestones, shabby tags, vintage trims, flowers...
Letting the images dancing around in my head come tumbling out and make their presence known.
Creating into the wee hours of the morning...just for me...because this is what I love.
Having quiet conversations with myself all the while learning there are no limits...such a beautiful thing.
Sharing pieces of myself with each scrap I glue down, with each bow tied, with each treasure placed just so.
Remembering where this love to create came from...thanking my Heavenly Father for the gift it has been in my life, loving my parents for encouraging me and lifting me up when I needed to believe in myself.
Smiling at the thoughts of my sweet husband as he gently encourages, softly pushes, and continually supports me.
My heart is thankful...
