My little one decorated these sticky beauties last night...complete with horns, eyes, teeth, and just a few sprinkles. In the past when we've made sugar cookies, she's only been slightly interested and has become bored and off to the next thing within a few minutes. This year, she spent the whole evening decorating, sprinkling, pretending to be a chef and hosting her own cooking show. Every cookie has her own special touch on it and I loved sitting back and listening to her chatter. Age eight has been so much fun.
A couple of creations for you today, the first created for Emma's Paperie and is based on a sketch there. I used my favorite new finding...the Generations collection from Simple Stories.
A complete supply list can be found HERE.
This next card is my last contribution as the Guest Designer at The Shabby Tea Room. It is based on the photo below.
I used Papertrey Ink's Through the Trees and Friendship Jar Fall Fillers stamp sets. The scrunched seam binding is from Deb's Simple Treasures and My Craft Spot.
And, here is a link to my Pinterest....so sorry for not including that in my previous post. It's a little sparse right now, but I have a feeling I'll be filling it up rather quickly.
Happy Halloween to you!
Melis

Love these new cards Melissa - something about those colors really speaks to me!
Glad your little girl had a great time with her cookies - such great memories! I am 50 years old, but still remember baking cookies with my mom when I was about 4 or 5 years old.

These cards are so gorgeous, love the bows on both of them! And that is so cute about your daughter! Mine loves baking with me too, mostly because she can lick the spoon and dip her fingers in batter when Mom's turned away ;)

When delivered through technology based solutions, training is less expensive per end user due to scalable distribution and the elimination of high salaries for trainers and consultants.
