Hello! I hope your week is off to a great start. I've been enjoying and taking in as much of my little girl at this particular stage in her life as possible. Yesterday I watched her in her first Track & Field Day and her first softball game. I love sitting back and watching her reaction to these new experiences...always amazed at her happiness and desire to get the most out of life. She takes life on with a big smile and is such a great example to me. I am very timid and quiet by nature, shy but content to be in my own little world, and she is completely the opposite. So much stronger and outgoing than I have ever been and I am grateful for that.
With summer coming quickly and plans being made about how we'll fill our days, I'm getting anxious to plant our garden this weekend to enjoy some summer veggies. I ran across the photo below and was instantly inspired by it and grew more anxious to get my garden underway.
My card uses Crate Paper's DIY Shop paper, dies, and dimensional stickers, Graphic 45 French Country paper, a Tim Holtz metal clip, a Maya Road butterfly trinket pin, and May Arts trim.
There isn't much I love more than a beat up, old, weathered, chippy, red chair. But those veggies and those flowers!...I'm craving summer. I love it when a photo makes me happy like this.
Hope your day is beautiful.
