**I've got one spot to giveaway as mentioned above and just one day to do it, so leave me a comment on this post and I'll announce the winner on Friday.**
And, speaking of cards and summer, how about a Christmas card in June to totally throw you for a loop, ha :). This is my card for the Festive Friday blog, a blog all about the holidays including challenges spread throughout the year to help you have your holiday cards ready when December rolls around. I have been having so much fun digging into my supplies and enjoying them year round instead of just in the winter.
This week's challenge is a simple one and all you have to do is incorporate a tree into your card design. My favorite part about these challenges is that they are very open without too many guidelines or restrictions.
You can find more cards created for this challenge as well as enter your own HERE.
My card is simple enough, just torn strips of tea-stained fabrics in greens and cream tied around a fun paper straw and cut at different lengths to resemble a tree. I also added in vintage trims and buttons, pom poms for decorations, and a stamped tag stamped with the Tag-Its #8 stamp set from Papertrey Ink.
Have a great day!
