Hello there! Welcome to the 2nd day of Papertrey Ink's August release. There are so many special new products this month...I am inspired all over again and love each and every one.
I'm introducing a couple of new sets today, the first being the What the Doodle: Tea Time with coordinating stamps. It's a sweet one, so be prepared to fall in love :). I used a bit of watercoloring on my die cut and stamped tea cup, steamy swirls, and heart.
I used my favorite color combination of pinks and blues including Aqua Mist, Sweet Blush, and Hibiscus Burst. I stamped a background of tiny hearts from the set, and then attached my sentiment.
Next up, I used the die cut tea cup to created a holiday card, attached the sentiment on a stamped die cut Tiny Tag. One of the things I love about the What the Doodle: Tea Time set is that is so versatile....just use your imagination and have fun with it!
In the background you can see the new Saffron Spice color used...so warm and rich. I combined it with Ripe Avocado, Pure Poppy, Fine Linen, and Cocoa Bean.
The New Every Day stamp set is so beautiful and is perfect for card making or Bible journaling. My first card uses one of the sentiment from this set, stamped in Cocoa Bean on a die cut Tag Sale #2 tag.
I stamped and hand cut the flowers from this set and used them to frame in my sentiment. They are stamped in Autumn Rose, Scarlet Jewel, and Simply Chartreuse.
I used the new Fancy Foliage Details dies and Saffron Spice cardstock and created a few lovely vines to also frame in the sentiment.
This is one of my most favorite sentiments from the New Every Day stamp set. It is stamped in Orange Zest and framed in with the Rustic Wreath stamp.
The flowers from the set were used once again, stamped this time using Hibiscus Burst, Summer Sunrise, and Spring Moss.
Lastly, I used another beautiful sentiment from New Every Day, stamping and embossing it on a die cut Stitched Tag die.
I used flowers from the new Stylized: Autumn stamp set, stamping in Orange Zest, Bright Buttercup, Aqua Mist, Pale Peony, and Fine Linen.
There are just so many irresistible new products to choose from this month! This is just a small sampling :).
