Good Morning! Bonjour! Hello! Today I'm joining a couple of other designers from Papertrey Ink and we are revisiting the darling Fresh Floral Wrap-Ups stamp set and coordinating dies. I have loved this set from the first moment I laid eyes on it :).
First and foremost...the fun and unique sentiment used in this set! LOVE! And secondly, I can't resist the bouquet of flowers wrapped in polka dots :). I created my focal point for this card by stamping my flowers and stems onto a block of white cardstock stamped and die cut using the new Stitch in Time Borders and dies. I stamped my blooms in Bright Buttercup, Summer Sunrise, and Pale Peony, with my stems stamped in Spring Moss.
My sentiment across the top and the floral wrap were both stamped in Aqua Mist, with Berry Sorbet used for the strings wrapped around the bouquet and for my tiny sentiment on the Spring Moss stamped tag. In the background, I used the Cover Up: Quatrefoil stamp, stamping it in watermark ink and heat embossing it using white embossing powder. After I heat set the powder, I sponged on ink in all of the colors used in my bouquet and wrap and spritzed it with a bit of water, allowing it to dry before adhering it to my Sweet Blush card base. This was such a fun card to make!
There's more to see on the Papertrey Ink blog. Thanks so much for your visit.
