How about some cookies tonight!
Cowboy Cookies
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup Crisco
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup coconut
1 cup walnuts (optional)
Cream together margarine, Crisco, and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and oatmeal. Add to the creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts, if desired. Drop on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Now, put on your stretchy pants, because you can't just eat one of these---they're YUM!
