Color is my friend...I love everything about it...it's happy, friendly, soft, caring, thoughtful, emotional, deep, bright, and everything in between. Have you every thought about what color your love is???? I need to ask my little girl this to see what her answer is, but I know the color of my love is pink...deep pink, soft pink, pale pink, warm pink, the all wrapped up in grandma's arms pink....sigh...what about you?
Today I have another fun challenge for you with the most joyful color combination I think I've ever seen...I love it. Head over to Nichole's blog to see what's going on today...the prize for this challenge.....CARDSTOCK....all of the beautiful Papertrey colors....nothing better that that!
Here is my card for the challenge. I used Papertrey cardstock in Ripe Avocado, Pure Poppy, Summer Sunrise, and Ocean Tides, Papertrey ink in Ripe Avocado and Spring Moss, and Papertrey Ocean Tides Grosgrain. The stamp set is Green Thumb from Papertrey as well. Other supplies used are a Provo Craft Cuttlebug embossing folder, Marvy Uchida scalloped circle punch, Kaisercraft rhinestones, Scenic Route paper, and old book print.
I hope you'll play along and come back tomorrow for more and more and more Papertrey fun.
Melis
This is a fabulous card for that fun challenge! I fell in love with those colors when I saw them on the PTI blog and they look great against the background you chose!
