I love these beautiful bushes....they are one of the very first signs here that winter has passed and that the earth is ready to wake up again. Today I noticed them everywhere all of the sudden....they are brilliant and happy and I love the way they start painting the world outside my windows :)
Do you have a favorite spring flower or sign of the season? Another one for me is waking up to the birds and their beautiful melodies in the morning. It's been a lovely day today.
I'm beat....but wanted to post a little something to say, "hello", and "I thank you", and, "I'm thinking of you".
Some happy little tags created for the Pink Paislee blog this week....so easy, so fun, and just the right thing to add to a pretty spring package. Supplies can be found HERE.
I've got oodles to add to my etsy shop...all of my originals from retired kits created for The Scrappy Gourmet will be added as soon as I finish a new kit I'm working on for them :)
Hope you've had a day to make you smile today....
Ohhh...and our visit to check on the chicks the other day has now turned into Sierra becoming a mother to a few of them....her daddy just can't say "no". After all....she's only the magical age of 5 once and LOVES to mother just about anything :)

Had to pop out of lurkdom to say those are lovely tags :) And yes the forsythia makes me happy at this time of year. We also have something here in the Northwest that grow in the woods or along the sides of the roads...really it's just undercover, or weedy bushes in the summer, but it's the first thing to pop out these delicate white flowers. Probably what gives me itchy eyes and scratchy throat, lol, but it makes me happy.

I can't say that it is my favorite but the last week or so I all of the sudden realized that we have a bunch of cherry trees all around. they are so pretty and I can't wait to go sneak some wonderful cherries to eat and bake with.
I love your tags, so cute. I just love all that you do. Great job!!!
congrats to your little one. I am sure she will have a blast mothering those adorable chicks.

We got chicks this weekend too! 3 of them. We've already had to wash blankets because of the "swaddling". This is our first time with chickens so wish us luck, lol! We need to build a coop in the next few weeks so they'll have a place to go when they are ready to head outside.
BEAUTIFUL tags, m'dear.
