Beautiful card, Melissa! You're right - creating IS sunshine for the soul...and it's a good thing I like to create, because it's another snowy day here at my house! :o)

I was hoping to hear that that lacey paper came with that wonderful glitter coat! I so hate to work with glitter yet I so love the look! Your card is totally amazing!

This is so beautiful! I would have never thought to use black for the stems, but it works so well and makes a statement! Honey Bees is one of my fav PTI sets! I was laughing out loud thinking of you and your husband's glittery forehead! Have a great weekend!

How gorgeous! I love the white trim on the bottom! I am working on another quilt, a baby girl one this time for my cousin with pinks, greens and chenille...yum! I'll post pics on my blog when I'm done! =)

have i mentioned what a wonderful breath of fresh air you are? an amazing woman that touches my life daily! i have struggled with a wee touch of depression and stress for some time now, and although i do know that it is all most definitely in the Lord's hands, i struggle...you remind me to struggle a little less and create a little more...i do something creative daily, and kiss my daughter daily, and remember that life is as beautiful as we choose to make it...thank you for that!

Gorgeous Melissa! I would love to know how you got the glitter on the lace paper....spray adhesive? It's looks wonderfully even.

I am giggling here. My hubby had a speck on his nose at church today. I love it when he has that girly glow. This is beautiful. I love all the layers.

Julie Johnson

Love the card...you inspire me to create more!

Karen

Simply stunning! Love the flower bling centers and the glitter on the lacey border below. I did not realize that Honey Bees had that grass/reeds in it...love it! :>

Roxanne

Love the beautiful card! And no, it's not bad not to tell your husband about the glitter. Even husbands are more adorable with glitter! :-)

Did you just use pinking sheers on the card displayed today? Or is that a new die cut that I'm just not recognizing? Thanks!
