It's time for ice cream treats once again :) We had a little friend over yesterday....this mommy had to stop at the grocery store...and I knew I was in for some trouble as my 2 little shadows came along....but when I saw their little noses pressed up against the ice cream treat freezer....I was a pile of mush and let them pick whatever their little hearts desired :) These simple pleasures brought back so many sweet memories for me...I couldn't resist. I scooted them out the back door with their chosen treat, watched them plant themselves on the stairs, and listened to them chatter about all things important to a 5-year old. I enjoyed each moment...so thankful that life is so wonderful and simple for them. No worries except for what kind of ice cream treat to choose and what their going to play as soon as their treats disappear :) I remember those days, don't you?
Today is a fun day...lots of exciting things happening on the Moxie Fab World blog and the Paper Crafts Connection blog. A new special issue from Paper Crafts magazine called225 Cards & Gifts is going on sale April 28th....so to celebrate, 5 of the original pieces of crafty- goodness found in this beautiful issue are going to be given away! Visit the Moxie Fab World blog to see exactly what projects you can win. One of my projects is up for grabs along with wonderful creations from my friends:
I can't wait to get this issue in my hands....perhaps, sit under the apple tree with my push pop and enjoy each page :)
And before I go...one little item to share...lovin' the pink lately...lovin' the glitter always....lovin' the buttons forever and ever. Paper and tag from Melissa Frances, glittered paper and rubon from K&Co. Cut N Paste, pearl from Little Yellow Bicycle, buttons and ribbon from Papertrey Ink.
Be sure to stop back Friday for another fun giveaway!
Melissa
Melissa, the butterflies are beautiful! I love the sparkle and the tag peeking out!
P.S. I know you like cupcakes...I have some on my blog I think you may like to make sometime? They're butterflies made out of chocolate. Perched on top of the cupcake. :)

Beautiful!!! I truly enjoy looking at your creations when I get a chance! Is the Eiffel Tower a stamp or sticker? If so, what is the name of it or where did you get it from? Thanks!

Melissa your card is sensational! I'm coveting it big time. Yes, I seem to have a problem coveting your artwork. I'm beginning to think there's a 12-step program out there for people like me!

Beautiful card! I've the same K & Co glitter PP and I think that it makes a really lovely card and you've proven that I'm right to think so! Love your card with the stitching and the hidden sweet tag. Adding the pearl to the butterfly makes it even more gorgeous!
