a. Characterized by ardent emotion, intensity, or brilliance: an incandescent performance.
One word to describe my weekend....it's was wonderful, brilliant, just right. I discovered that my little buddy loves chic flicks of the same nature as I do....I kept plugging in Pride & Prejudice throughout the weekend, in hopes that I might actually get to watch the whole thing....catch onto the language, etc....and was so happy to note that my little one was entranced the whole time....I see many mommy and Sierra movie nights in our future. Yesterday my husband whispered to me to go up to her room and see what she was in the middle of. I peeked in and saw her in her most beautiful dress-up gown, her pearls, and her sweet little elegant dress-up gloves (just like in her new movie) curled up on her bed reading....ohhhh...the sweetest sight I tell you. Life is good....busy, but wonderful.
I have a fun project to share with you today. Prima Marketing Inc. and Tattered Angels are teaming up for a fun blog relay. Today is my day to share a little something with you created using products from both of these wonderful manufacturers.
I enjoyed creating this little card so much. I used Prima's Screen Printed Cardboard Paper here, distressed it a bit and shabbied it up. The flowers are also from Prima and were coated in Blue Skies and Antique Brass Glimmer Mist from Tattered Angels. The sweet chipboard owl is from Tattered Angels Creme de Chocolat collection and coated with Antique Brass Glimmer Spray and a bit of white glitter. The trim along the bottom edge is also from Prima...and I *heart* it...isn't it sweet?
Time to go get my little bean from school. Hope you are having a wonderful Monday! May is right around the corner :)

Oh how I love these two companies, and their products of course. They are just made for eachother. I rarely can think of grungeboard without ink or paint, It screams for it. I think the most coveted of Prima's products and white flowers because you can make them any colour you want, and glimmer mist is the perfect marriage for them. And that really, is just the beginning. I love the screens too. I could go on forever :)
...and did you get a pic of your daughter in her beautiful gown reading? I just took a pic of my 19 mth old yesterday, sitting on the patio chair with a book. So cute!! (I told my hubby to look outside and see how cute she was, he smiled, said Ahww! and turned to me in surprise saying, "I can't believe you're not taking a picture of this" lol)
I guess I take lots of pictures.

I sure hope you were able to snap a photo of little Miss Sierra in all her splendor and fanciful regalia. Your card is breath taking and I adore all that exquisite distressing and "paint". Just heartwarming!

I JUST posted (in the wee hours of the morning) a picture of my daughter snuggled up reading her favorite storybook as if noone else was there but her & her bunny. Moments to treasure!

Hi Melis
Do you purchase your Prima at a LSS or at Michael's. I'm looking for the screenprint paper in particular.
Thanks
