Crazy mixed up post...feeling out of sorts and this post will attest to that :) It snowed...I had just packed up all of Sierra's warm things...finished off the fire wood...and wouldn't ya know....now I'm out of sorts. My little one is all the way back to normal, and I'm sitting here laughing at what I'm hearing....at the moment she's a puppy...barking on her hands and knees as she moves about the house...every once in a while she finds me and licks my leg, or chews on my pants....sigh....I'm so glad I have her to keep me grounded...
So...how's about a little something cheery first?
Aren't these the cutest little umbrellas ever? Little Miss Dawn Mc"crafty"Vey created this adorable new stamp set called Scattered Showers for Papertrey Ink...I love 'em, yes I do...I thought they'd make a cute gifty sewn onto a seed packet and dropped by a friend's house. You know...perhaps it snowed and it ticked them off and they needed a little cheering up or somethin' like that...who knows? A girls needs a little pick 'er up from time to time, huh?
This card was created with a Creative Scrap or two from Crafty Secrets...I smile every time I read the captions and sentiment...love the vintage feel...and on a side note, so glad I don't have to wear my pearls and pantyhose grocery shopping :)
Well...my little pup needs me...we just stuck a carrot cake in the oven for daddy...he's a special guy and gets spoiled tonight...we're even having candles on the cake...you know, any excuse to blow out a candle is a big deal around here.

Melissa - What lovely photos you've brought us today! The seend packets and their little pot with lace doily are fantastic! and that card just speaks to me. I love the little bling you added to the jewelry, and the crushed velvet ribbon, but it's those sheet music flowers that steal my heart. BTW, you have great taste in books too - I own that book.

We got so much here in Utah. It was crazy and broke several branches on larger trees. :( Spring is a myth. LOL! Love those seed packets. You are too clever for your own good, my friend!
