I'm so happy to be here with you....I've been busily working on my Papertry Ink projects and get to share them with you tonight. First though I have to explain the title of my post...2 little fluffy, whisker-y reasons why I've been extra busy lately. I wish I had pictures to offer some proof of why I've been sidetracked, but no cooperation as of yet. My husband decided it was time to get Sierra a couple of kittens...outside kittens...she has waited very patiently for a good 2 months, and this week, it was time to bring them home. We need some great mouse catchers here in the wild, not to mention that every house should have a cat or two, I love their quirky personalities...I am so tickled. Sierra named them 2 months ago without seeing them and their names fit them perfectly. I'll share photos soon.
This first card uses the Inside & Out: Thank You stamp set...the sentiments are so unique and lovely. You can also spy the new Linen and Canvas Impression Plate as well as the Eyelet Lace Border die...I'm smitten with both...I gently rubbed the canvas impression against my Vintage Cream ink pad to bring out the detail and then glittered up my Eyelet Lace Border. The flowers were cut from new Vintage Cream and Simply Chartreuse felt using the Beautiful Blooms II #2 Die Collection and the Delightful Dahlia Die Collection. I used Lavender Moon and Rustic Cream cardstock, Pretty Pastels paper, True Black ink, Plum Pudding satin ribbon, bits of a vintage letter I've been stashing and sweet Melissa Frances Vintage Posey paper.
A peek at the inside...
This next card uses the newFillable Frames #4 set and the Background Basics: Geometric set. The Fillable Frame #4 set has a matching die which makes stamping and gift giving so fun and easy.
I used a combination of Enchanted Evening, Hibiscus, and Sweet Blush ink on this card along with Spring Moss cardstock.
Here's a closer look at the Background Basics: Geometric set...it's so much fun to play with.
The cupcake is from Crafty Secrets and the scrunched seam binding is Lemon Chiffon from This Good Day.
This next card uses the sweet Up, Up, & Away and Sentiments stamp sets with coordinating dies...oh my, it's a totally adorable set.
You can see a peek at another new Impression Plate called Sunshine and the new A2 Envelope Die, which I can't stop using...makes card making even more fun, simple, and beautiful.
I also used the Large Scalloped Border Die on this along with Lemon Tart buttons, Hibiscus, Ripe Avocado, and True Black ink, Lavender Moon, White, and Lemon Tart cardstock, and Friends 'Til the End patterned paper.
Next is the Take Three: Summer set that features some goodies from the Raspberry Suite Color Couture Volume 2 collection, Dotty Biscotti paper, and the Eyelet Lace Border.
A peek at the inside...
This next card set features more Raspberry Suite Color Couture except for Volume 1 this time, Dotty Biscotti paper, the Eyelet Lace Border, and the new Get to the Point and Sentiments stamp sets.
This card uses Dawn McVey's new stamp set called Aloha...
I also used the new Linen Impression Plate on the cardstock...love, love, love this. And, a few snippets of the new Beautiful Blooms paper shown here as well.
Lastly is this card using the new Year of Flowers: Lily of the Valley stamp set.
I'll be back in a bit to post all of the links I can so you can shop 'til you drop. A special thanks to Nichole for all of her hard work on the new Papertrey Ink website...it is going to be so wonderful! In the meantime, all of the other designers have their projects up on their blog for you to enjoy and it looks like the previously loved PTI store is up and running if you'd like to buy now. Stop by and enjoy!

I especially love the cupcake on the cupcake card and the mint ribbon used on another.
Having had kittens throughout my life, your little girl will find that kittens/cats are one of the greatest pleasures in life. They do the cutest things and are so entertaining. They teach love in a very special way and she will become a cat addict quickly.

These are beautiful!!! A wild cat set up home in our garage and on April 1st had kittens... two. They are hilarious and so cute that I think my mum has forgotten I was the one who left the garage door opened in the first place.
