Here I am with my first quilt block for my summertime project. As you can see, I'm incorporating fabric, felt, paper, newsprint, etc. No rules...just having fun.
For those of you who've asked, my blocks will measure about 4 3/4" square. I didn't want them too big because of the space where I'll be hanging the finished project. I should mention that I'm not really measuring either though as I love a random look to things.

Oh Melissa, it's just perfect! I feel really inspired It may causes complete changes to a room to accomadate a new look. My husband is going to love that!
