I'm back with a few simple projects using the i-top from Imaginisce. If you haven't entered to win the i-top giveaway, please leave a comment on THIS post from yesterday. I'll select a winner randomly and will announce them here on my blog tomorrow night around 9:00 p.m. MST-ish :)
I stuffed little muslin bags purchased from Stampington.com with glassine bags filled with chocolates. The vintage images I used are from iralamija and are so beautiful.
The burlap bows make a perfect fall accent and are topped with fabric covered brads using just bits and pieces of fabric I have saved.
The tags are stamped using Papertrey Ink's Friendship Jar Fall Fillers and Tag-its #7 stamp sets.
Each bag uses vintage trims, tea-stained tags and fabric.
The chipboard leaves are from Maya Road and have been painted, sanded, stitched, and then coated in glitter.
So fun to fill with fall treats.

Off to get to work...it's snowing outside, the fire is roaring, and life is good.
Night.

You've just inspired me to use my "saving for someday" stash of glassine bags. I'm thinking maybe sewing xmas fabric pouches instead of the muslin. Gotta try it now.....
Thanks for the push of inspiration.

these are just gorgeous! I've been making things with my glassine bags, too, but of course nothing turns out half as lovely as yours. you are such an inspiration with all you create! :)
I wanted to let you know that my family has made those amazing caramel apples in the last photo. I bet your daughter would enjoy making them with you! and gosh, are they ever yummy! my sons and their girlfriends took some back with them to college to share with friends. everyone says they are the best apples EVER! we've made it a tradition to start now! ;)
a tip for eating - slice them into wedges first. easy peasy! :)
