Today's Papertrey Ink group post is so FUN and filled with energy! The new Movers & Shakers die collection is like a party in an envelope just waiting to be opened up. This collection of dies brings new life into card-making. My focus is on just one of these dies called the Slider and it comes in two different sizes. I will be showing the short size.
I am also showcasing the new Simply You stamp set here which coordinates so wonderfully with this die collection.
Here is an image of my card front where I've stitched on the Slider and all that is left is for someone to tug on the ribbon at the top and up pops the hearts and embellishments to reveal a sentiment on the tag and also under the flap.
I love the "You are my Happy" sentiment...so glad it was included in this set because it's perfect for so many occasions and special people.
Above you can see a closer look at one of the fun images included in the Simply You set...love, love, love it!
The next part of our assignment was to use the same die but use it with an older stamp set in order to show you that you can use the Movers & Shakers die collection with many, many sets.
I used the Friendship Jar Spring Fillers and the Tags for Spring stamp sets both centered around the Picket Fence die.
One of my most favorite features of the Slider die is the hidden window that is revealed when the tab is pulled on the Slider...really so much fun I tell you!
These dies are a treat and make creating so much fun. I've truly been inspired by them and can't wait to keep trying new ideas with each die.
Now, for more fun be sure to visit the other designer's blog as they are all using different Movers & Shakers dies. I can't wait to pop in and enjoy their creations.

These are two wonderful and nicely detailed M&S cards! Love the colors, papers, felt, textures ... great design elements. These dies will make interactive cards so much easier than cutting and fussing by hand. :)
