Emma's Paperie has the most beautiful color challenge posted for May...colors that I live for, so I happily set to work with my favorite supplies and created a couple of cards to share with you.
The cards use beautiful supplies from Glitz Design, Prima, Webster's Pages, My Mind's Eye, and Cosmo Cricket.
A complete supply list can be found HERE at Emma's Paperie. The scrunched seam binding can be found at My Craft Spot.
And, seeing as how the Prima Songbird collection has won me over, I have another card to share with you using beautiful paper from this set along with Papertrey Ink's Modern Wood Mats stamp set, Maya Road Organza Tea Garden Trim in Rose, scrunched seam binding from My Craft Spot, and washi tape from Freckled Fawn.....I love this sweet, transparent mint washi!
Thanks for your visit!
Enjoy your Sunday.
Melis

Gorgeous cards Melis and I'm in love with those Glitz word panels - aren't they just fab! The Prima Songbird collection hasn't caught my eye until now but I really like that too. Margie x

I just love how you've been adding Modern Wood Mats tucked in here and there... It adds so much with something so simple.. I don't know why I waited to buy that set, because I just LOVE it. I must try your little trick!

Melis, I love your shabby chic tutorial! It is truly my favorite style also and although I haven't perfected it in my paper crafts, my home reflects lots of shabby, feminine appeal. You are by far the master of the shabby chic style!

Melis!! I see I'm not the only one who is intrigued by your style. It's so much fun to find others who cherish the same things you do. And I am shabby to the core. Probably not what I would have chose, but this is how it is and Shabby makes my heart sing! As do ALL of your projects. Thanks for sharing some of your thoughts on making shabby projects.
