September is here and I couldn't be happier. This month holds so many special memories for me and it's the kick-off to fall around here. The Papertrey Ink Sr. Design Team members are revisiting the Halloween Treats & Sweets stamp set and coordinating dies today. This set is a favorite of mine because of its playfulness. It's a perfect stamp set to pull out and use with the little ones in your life.
I created a pinwheel embellishment using this stamp set along with the Bitty Halloween Treats & Sweets die collection. These can be used on packaging such as glassine bags, frosted tin tie bags, the white and kraft coffee bags, not to mention any of Papertrey Ink's Favor It Box dies.
These are so much fun to make and embellish with things like tinsel, chunky or colored glitter, trinket pins, ribbon, etc.
I made a few variations of my pinwheel embellishment showing how they can be used on packages, but my photos are stuck in my camera, which is stuck in the mountains for the time being. Come back Tuesday morning for more ideas using this fun stamp set. For now though, this pinwheel uses the Halloween Prints paper pad, along with Canyon Clay Bitty Dot and Stripe paper, the Spider Web Trio die collection, Limitless Layers 1 3/4" Circles die collection, the Double Ended Banner dies, and the Flipping Out die along with Simply Chartreuse felt.
The other Sr. Team members have projects to jump start your fall creativity using this set as well:
Dawn McVey, Heather Nichols, Betsy Veldman, and Maile Belles.
Hope your September is off to a great start.
