It's time for the Papertrey Ink party to start...so many wonderful new release products. I have so many favorites and I am not even half way through the new sets yet :). Today I'm showcasing the new Polka Dot Parade #9 set with coordinating dies. I am in love with this darling set.
I created a tag for my first project with the die cut layers stamped all in Pure Poppy...I love red on white mixed with different patterns. My tag was made using the new Tag Sale #8 die, Kraft and Vintage Cream cardstock. I used Simply Chartreuse felt and the Holly Jolly die to embellish the tree and a few Christmas Candy sequins from My Craft Spot.
I attached my tag to a Small White Coffee Bag and added banners cut using the Notched Star Banner and Sketched Shapes dies. I added a stamped sentiment from the Polka Dot Parade #9 set to the top banner and cut the second from Rustic Snowflakes patterned paper.
I mixed die cut layers with flat, stamped layers for this card, using Kraft cardstock and white embossing power, Aqua Mist, and Spring Moss ink. I've decided that the white embossed powder over Kraft resembles Christmas cookies :).
I used more Rustic Snowflakes patterned paper here for my base and stamped the sentiment in Pure Poppy and Aqua Mist.
I cut a die cut vellum Fancy Flake in half and used the halves to embellish the sides of the card, add a bit of stitching, and epoxy and glitter embellishments from Freckled Fawn's September and October OHDEERME embellishment kits.
My last card uses the new Polka Dot Parade #9 dies with flannel and patterned paper. I stamped images from this set on my background using Sweet Blush ink and mixed in images and a sentiment from another new and oh, so cute stamp set called Rustic Wreath.
I think the think I love most about the Polka Dot Parade #9 set and dies is that it allows you to mix and match patterns, textures, and colors, and makes creating so much fun, truly! My little, pieced together tree was attached to a Limitless Layers: 3 1/2" Ovals die cut from Vintage Cream cardstock and embellished once again with Simply Chartreuse felt cut from the Holly Jolly dies.
And across the bottom, I embellished with another new stamp and die set called Confetti Garland Borders....TOO CUTE FOR WORDS, ha :). It was cut from Kraft cardstock and stamped in Pure Poppy and Dark Chocolate. I love how Pure Poppy looks on Kraft...always so rustic and cozy.
That's it for me for today. Hope you're inspired to create and tuck some ideas away for the holidays.
Thanks for visiting and be sure to stop by and visit the following ladies as they have creative things to share with you today as well using all new Papertrey Ink products:

Too, too cute! Love all of the cards. A few years back I made a pieced and scalloped Christmas tree on my cards, and it took forever to put together! On the Merry & Bright card, how tricky is it to position your dies correctly so they line up straight on the card front? Sometimes I can't even line up my stamping straight! :) Thanks for inspiring all of us.

The tag and cards are all so pretty! Love the layered trees and that gorgeous fabric flower on the first one. My favorite is the last card--I love on the combination of patterns and colors on it and topped off with that sprig of holly.
