Short on words tonight, hope you don't mind. Just another beautiful fall day here, with one busy hunter who came home just to take his little girl on a horseback ride, and one tired mama :). We are still waiting for our hunter to come back home and I have a little girl who won't close her eyes until he's here.
It was only a matter of time you know, until I would try my hand at a pink pumpkin, dressed up in trims, flowers, glitter, scrunched seam binding, and trinket pins.
A tiny pink village created with wooden blocks dressed up in pretty paper and trimmings.
This sweet little embellishment is actually an earring that I purchased, not to wear, but because someday I knew I would find the right place for it.
The cupid, resin applique is from Melissa Frances, along with the bottle brush tree. The applique is painted the same Ballet Pink that the pumpkin is and then was distressed using Glimmer Mist.
While I love all of the beautiful autumn themed patterned papers and embellishments, I sure have missed my pink :).
Night.
Melis

This looks like the pumpkin that Cinderella's fairy godmother transformed into the magical carriage that took her to the ball.
Beautiful and magical like something from a fairy tale.
