I love the little details of life, after all, the details are what truly make life special, meaningful, and beautiful. The Papertrey Ink group post today is all about the delightful, new, love themed dies available this month to help you create whatever you can dream up, and with little effort.
For my first project, I created a Valentine Love Jar, ready to fill with love notes to your sweetheart, big or small. I used the new Limitless Layers: Heart Stitches and Valentine Stitches dies along with Limitless Layers: 2 1/4" Hearts and Heart Prints dies. I love the Lavender Moon felt and have added it to my list of all-time favorite colors...it pairs beautifully here with Vintage Cream and Autumn Rose felt.
Here's a peek inside my jar where I've hidden Kisses as well as love notes, and a vellum envelope, cut using the Tiny Envelope die.
Moving on with an anniversary card, I used the Limitless Layers: Heart Stitches and Limitless Layers: 2 1/4" Hearts dies again. They die cuts are layered over the new Tag Sale #9 dies, cut from silver paper.
The tag and hearts are then layered over the new Scattered Hearts Banner dies, which are layered over white cardstock stamped with the new The Best is Yet to Be stamp set.
The sentiment is also from this same set and is stamped in Soft Stone.
Lastly, I created a wedding card and matching tag, using the previously mentioned dies and The Best is Yet to Be stamp set again...it's SOOOO pretty!
I stamped images and a sentiment on a layer of vellum and heat embossed it using white embossing powder.
I used two layers of tags here cut from vellum and patterned paper using the new Tag Sale #9 dies. They are a fun little duo to create layers with.

LOVE your jar, cards and tags! The colors, papers, die cuts, embellishments ... what can I say ... top-notch as always! One ? What did you use to adhere the glitter to the jar ring? I adore the look. Oh, and is it permanent or does it tend to rub off? Thx for letting me now. :)

Here I am back again to say the same things I always say - yet they mean as much now and when I first wrote them. I never get tired to spending time on your wonderful blog.

Melissa, I enjoyed this weeks MIM challenge so much. If I had the opportunity to choose one crafter to craft with, it would be You. These projects are so beautiful. I love everything you create, including the love you share with your sweet posts.

I love your cards and projects. I am curious how you mail your more embellished or texture-rich cards? I would be interested in any ideas you have, as I am sure you have creative ideas for even envelopes and mailing containers. Thanks for your inspiration!
