Hi! Me again, back with a few more Papertrey Ink projects using new release stamp sets that will be available for purchase tonight, January 15, 10PM est, right HERE.
For my first card, I used the new Four Square stamp set, which has a coordinating die collection available too. I love the sweet and tiny sentiments and banners and patterns used in the frame. I heat embossed my frame onto vellum with white embossing powder, and then used the Fabulous Frames die to frame it in.
I stamped my sentiment across the bottom and embossed a portion of it in gold, with Aqua Mist used on the second half of the sentiment. I combined Freckled Fawn washi tape in a variety of colors, and die cut them using the Small Scallop Border die to form a fun border across the center of my card. My sequins are from My Craft Spot.
My next card uses the sweet new Polka Dot Parade #12 stamp set along with the Life's Music set used as my background. I love those music notes and can see so many possibilities with this set.
My candles are stamped in Limeade Ice, Berry Sorbet, and Summer Sunrise, with the flames embossed in gold and filled in with either a Copic or Stickles Diamond glitter. I stamped a portion of my sentiment on a die cut Journal Tab with the second half stamped onto a Double Ended Banner die.
Next up is the new Boutique Borders: Friends and Background Basics: Diagonal stamp sets. The frame is embossed in gold and the diagonals are embossed in Zing Blush and Zing Brown Sugar.
Across the bottom of my card, the Background Basics: Diagonal set was used again and is stamped in Sweet Blush...I love this set used with pastels...so pretty. Paper used on this card is from Echo Park.
Lastly, I used the Wonderful Words - Friends stamp set, with Zing Powder embossing powder, and Pure Poppy ink. I turned to the Best is Yet to Be die collection and some Vintage Cream felt for my tiny flowers, a bit of Freckled Fawn washi, and chipboard from Basic Grey.
I created a focal point for my chipboard silhouette by layering patterned paper and vellum cut using the Limitless Layers: 2 1/2" circle dies. Paper used on this card is from Crate Paper and Glitz Design.
That's it for me. I have a second card using the Life's Music stamp set that is in the works that I'll be showing you very soon...did I mention that I love that set?

Melissa,
I imitated your "Wish" card on my blog today - it is actually quite different as I used different stamps and palette but you were TOTALLY my inspiration! Thank you! I really like these and hope my friends will get a kick out of them on their birthdays.
Hugs!!
