Today I get to introduce you to a couple of new Papertrey Ink sets, Oopsie Daisy and Wet Paint III, both available for purchase on May 15th, 10PM EST.
For my first card, I used a water brush to apply a bit of moisture to my stamped images, which are from the darling Oopsie Daisy stamp set. I used Berry Sorbet, Summer Sunrise, and Sweet Blush ink for my flowers. The sentiment across the bottom is from the Wet Paint III stamp set and is stamped in Melon Berry and Classic Kraft.
My stems are stamped in Spring Moss and my leaves in Classic Kraft ink. This may officially be my very first one layer card....I don't know. Does it qualify? :)
For my second card, I used the coordinating Oopsie Daisy dies along with the stamp set, die cutting my floral image from Kraft cardstock and embossing the stamped images using white embossing powder. My Kraft card base is stamped using images from this set to create a sweet, subtle background. Across the top I used paper from the Dearest Jane paper pad.
I stamped the tiny "hello" using Autumn Rose ink and colored in petals here and there using a Copic Marker. The sentiment across the bottom is from the new Ballerina Beauty set and is framed in using a new Delicate Details die.
My dies are attached to the new Monthly Moments: Instant Photo 1 die and the center of the larger flower is embellished with a Button Stacks II die. My fabric tape is from Freckled Fawn and patterned paper is from Crate Paper.
My next card uses white embossing powder again for my stamped images with pastel chalk ink used for my stamped petals, and a bit of Fresh Snow ink, smudged to create a chalkboard effect over Smokey Shadow cardstock.
The center of my Oopsie Daisy flower is embellished with a Flair for Button badge. The decorative stamped images in the corners are from the Modern Wood Mats stamp set.
I stamped my sentiment from Wet Paint III vertically using watermark ink and embossed with Zing! Powder and Zing! Blush.
Lastly, I created a tag using the same watercolor technique as my first card, this time framing in my stamped images using the new Monthly Moments: Instant Frame #1.
My Wet Paint III sentiment is stamped vertically again...a favorite way to use Wet Paint.
I die cut a couple of smaller Oopsie Daisy flowers and stamped and water colored them as well. They, along with the sentiment are combined with the new Background Basics: Venice stamp set...so beautiful.
You can check out more new sets by visiting the blogs below. Thanks so much for visiting. Happy Mother's day to my sweet Mom, and you as well.

No matter what sets you're using you sure are good at making them have the Victorian feel to them. Good job.
