Papertrey Ink's new Fancy That stamp set is so beautiful and versatile. Today I have a couple of cards to share with you that use this new set. This first card uses Fancy That very simply. I began by cutting three circles from Vintage Cream cardstock using the Limitless Layers: 1 3/4" Circles die.
I selected one image from the Fancy That stamp set and stamped each circle with that image in a different color, Aqua Mist, Melon Berry, and Fine Linen.
You could end right there and add these stamped circles to your card base, but I went a bit further with my details. I topped each circle with vellum die cut using the Lovely Layers die and then coated with glitter. Next I used vintage trim and the Just Smile die to embellish the center of each circle. Across the bottom of this card I used a border die from the new Haunted Border dies to create a tiny, scalloped edge.
My next card uses the Fancy That stamp set to create an embossed background on a die cut vellum tag, cut using the Tag Sale #10 die. I also used another image from this set to form a subtle background on my Vintage Cream cardstock strip.
I stamped one image on my vellum using watermark ink and then heat embossed the images using my favorite Aged Aqua embossing enamel from Stampendous. I stamped my sentiment on a die cut Double Ended Banner die and embellished the tag using the Life is Beautiful and Beautiful Butterflies dies.
At the top of my tag, I used Fine Linen Grosgrain and vintage trims to tie a junk bow...my new favorite bow...have you tried one, heard of them?

Love the subtle colors of your second card!! And all those little details you are so good at!! Glitter on the vellum, the little pom poms, your bow, so much fun to look, and look again, to see what I might have missed on the first overall impression.

I love your card with bright colors and an elegant ( and sometimes vintage) touch. But this color scheme in your projects always makes me sigh. The mix with neutral and this shade of aqua is one of my faves. Breathtaking....
