It's my favorite day of the week :). Hunting season is over, my husband home now on the weekends, the weather perfect, windows open letting in fresh air, and the time together and being outside puttering is wonderful.
Today's card uses elements from the Freckled Fawn March OHDEERME kit. It's so playful and fresh...perfect for spring.
I also used some Freckled Fawn Puffy Alphas in a few different colors...these are quite addicting, squishy, and sweet...love them :).
My flower was cut from Basic Grey Prism and J'Adore using the Sizzix Camellia die.
My quote above comes from one of my favorite Children's Primary songs called I Feel My Savior's Love:
I changed the words for my quote from "Its gentleness enfolds me to, His gentleness enfolds me as His love certainly does just that.
The words are as follows and I hope they lift your heart this beautiful Saturday:
-
1. I feel my Savior's loveIn all the world around me.His Spirit warms my soulThrough ev'rything I see.
-
2. I feel my Savior's love; Its gentleness enfolds me,And when I kneel to pray,My heart is filled with peace.
-
3. I feel my Savior's loveAnd know that he will bless me.I offer him my heart; My shepherd he will be.
-
4. I'll share my Savior's loveBy serving others freely.In serving I am blessed.In giving I receive.
-
ChorusHe knows I will follow him,Give all my life to him.I feel my Savior's love,The love he freely gives me.
Melissa
Melissa, that is a wonderful song! I haven't heard it before. It's just lovely! We are so blessed to have our heavenly Father to guide us. Thank you for the uplifting moment.
