The next Make It Market Kit from Papertrey Ink will be released on October 1st and it is entitled "All Through the House".  This is Betsy's much anticipated big holiday kit for the year. There are actually two kits, a main kit with the basic dies, stamps and paper. Then a Trimmings Kit will all kinds of fun extras. The kit revolves around a basic matchbox design and dozens of options for customizing and altering them!  Betsy has integrated SO many amazing details into everything here, not only will your projects be gorgeous, but quick and easy to put together too.  From gift card holders to tree ornaments, dimensional gift tags to place card holders, and even just intriguing card accents, you will never run out of options with this kit! You will have fun experimenting and playing with all of the contents once they show up at your door.

Here are a few things I created using this oh, so irresistible kit.

 

This first project is a fun, interactive matchbox, that could be hung on the tree as an ornament, hold a gift card, or even work as gift wrapping for a sweet, and tiny gift.

I love cutting out the windows and doors so that you can see inside the box...this is easily done using the die included in the kit, so all of the intricate, hard work is done for you.

I used a metal eyelet, from the kit, to create a hanger for my matchbox, and used thin velvet ribbon to secure everything in place.

Inside, I used the sparkly pom pom trim from the kit around the edges of my matchbox, the tiny present die, sentiments from the stamp set to make my scene come to life.

This kit is full of wonderful possibilities for card and tag making as well.  I've used many of the stamps from the kit to create my winter scene, adding in die cuts here and there to add dimension.

 

And lastly, I wanted to light up this tiny package, so after die cutting the openings from each window, I added a layer of vellum behind, and placed an LED light from the kit inside.  Kind of hard to tell that there is light shining from within in these photos, but sure looks amazing in person :).

 

There is truly so much to love about this kit...I could go on and on about all of the wonderfully thought out details.  Betsy is truly such a gifted artist and crafter...her personality shines through in her kits.
