It's a beautiful, winter Thursday here and today's line-up of products are a perfect fit for what it feels like outside...but are so much fun to enjoy inside where it's cozy and warm. The Papertrey Ink design team has been challenged to use the new Winter Woods and Fab Flakes stamps and dies and show off their versatility.
I created a tag for my first project, using the Cover Plate: Winter Woods die to cover a portion of my die cut Monthly Moments: Journal Card 6 die. I sprayed my die cut tag with aqua spray mist, then used Fab Flakes stamps in Aqua Mist over the misted layer. I then stamped with the falling snow image from the Winter Woods stamp set, heat embossing with white powder.
I then layered on my die cut tree trunks after stamping them with images from Winter Woods, which add so much life and character. I added a die cut and stamped bird from Winter Woods, using Pure Poppy and Pinefeather, and embellished with more die cut and stamped Fab Flakes, and stamped images from the Enclosed: Bell stamp and die collection. My sentiment is from the Snowflake Sparkle stamp set.
I used layers of die cut and stamped Fab Flakes to create a focal point on my die cut matchbox for my next project. I used Soft Stone, Sweet Blush, Autumn Rose, and Stormy Sea ink.
After layering my snowflakes together, I added a die cut and stamped bird from the Winter Woods stamp set, using Autumn Rose and Soft Stone ink. My matchbox was die cut from Sweet Blush cardstock and new Stormy Sea White Basics paper, and a bit of Sheer Basics Vellum wrapped around the center.
I added a sentiment from the Fab Flakes stamp set, on a die cut Tiny Tag, and then embellished the inside with tinsel, more layered Fab Flakes, bottlebrush tree, and sweet Flair Button.
These products are so much fun and so playful....you'll love them!

The tag is stunning! And when I saw what I thought was a card was actually a little diorama in a matchbox it just made me happy lol.

Too much gorgeous in one sitting, Melissa. It's like taking a little journey to a magic place where everything is pretty and lovely and perfect. Your bows. The pearls. The silver painted mason jar. Your details are amazing and an ordinary brain like mine can not comprehend how you can put it all together. One of your most special posts ever.
