introducing stitched trays & more...

It's a beautiful Monday morning and I am happy to be here with you sharing more new products from Papertrey Ink.  The new Stitched Tray dies are so much fun, turn out so cute, and I have a feeling you'll be hooked on creating them, just as I am.

I used the Stitched Tray:  Square die  and created a stitching basket, where I can keep my threads, trinket pink, buttons, and more.  I used some of the older stitching dies to embellish my tray...there are truly so many fun things you can do with each of the trays you create.  I used the heart from the Phone Case Details Die Collection, and stitched the heart on a block of Vintage Cream felt cut using the Limitless Layers:  1 1/2" Square dies.  I embellished the center of my heart using the Note Niblets dies and Limeade Ice and Berry Sorbet felt.

I created a coordinating tag that hangs from the handle I created for my tray, using the Tremendous Tags die and the Daily Designs, Twig Wreath, and Stitched With Love stamp sets.  I used Winter Wisteria Saddle Stitch ribbon to create my handle.

 

It's so fun choosing the colors to use for each tray.  There are so many beautiful colors of PTI felt that coordinate so beautifully together.  I used Melon Berry on the outside layer and Harvest Moon on the inside.  

I then used buttons from the Spring Mix collection to embellish each corner.
