introducing NEW! mini kit: holiday hugs...

It's a super sweet day at Papertrey Ink!  We are introducing Betsy's newest Make it Market Mini Kit:  Holiday Hugs....aaack!  It's adorable :).

I used the snowman stamps and dies for my gift wrap project.  The hat was cut from Sweet Blush felt with the brim and mittens cut from patterned paper.  That's one of the things I love so much about this kit...the option of going with patterned paper, dies, stencils, or pre-printed images that you simply cut out and use immediately.  So you can take this kit from simple to more complex, just depending on the time you have to create.

The snowman's arms can wrap around a variety of packages, from mason jars, to gift bags, to candy, to gift cards, to this envelope that I added, which is from the Make it Market Kit:  Post & Parcel.  You can purchase the pre-printed envelope HERE and the darling envelope die that coordinates with the paper HERE.  I stamped the tag to embellish the center of my envelope, using Melon Berry, Limeade Ice, and Aqua Mist.  The snowflakes are pre-printed images, and I just quickly used the coordinating die and attached them to my envelope.  

I stamped my snowman in Sweet Blush and Stormy Sea, die cutting his nose from Berry Sorbet felt.  I embellished the top of his hat with holly leaves cut from Simply Chartreuse felt, and then added berries stamped in Berry Sorbet.

The scarf is just a strip of fabric, torn, and tied at his neck.  There's so much to love and so many options to keep you crafting and creating for hours on end.  I love this sweet Holiday Hugs kit.
