Hello my friends! I hope you've been enjoying a wonderful holiday weekend. We've been blessed with family all around and tonight as I sit back and reflect, I keep smiling to myself....so many sweet little ones to love and enjoy, and the most amazing group of people to call my own. I don't feel deserving at times, but am truly so thankful.
My card tonight uses some of my favorite stamp sets from Reverse Confetti. I love the Blooms 'N Buds set....the florals are so much fun to mix and match ink colors with as you stamp their individual layers. I've used this set around the border of my card, selecting colors that remind me of the holiday season.
I wanted the lovely floral border to take center stage, so for my sentiment, I stamped in watermark ink on a strip of vellum, heat embossing in white embossing powder and then adhering it across the center of my card. My sentiment is from the Christmas Blessings stamp set. I then accented with die cut snowflakes from the Snowflake Trio Confetti Cuts, and a few tiny leaves cut using the Leafy Wreath Confetti Cuts. Across the bottom I added a strip of paper from the Very Merry 6x6 Paper Pad....love this fun, festive print for the holidays.
Wishing you a cozy night with the ones you love!
