As a special treat for you today, the Papertrey Ink team has a few extra cards to share using new products released in January. My first card uses the new Gathered Garden and Banner Style stamp sets.
Gathered Garden may just be my most favorite floral from Papertrey Ink yet. It is so detailed and intricate with all of the extra finishing touches that I love using. I used the Limitless Layers: 2 1/4" Hearts and Heart Stitches dies to create my focal point, stamping my flowers around the heart and adding die cut flowers on top.
I used every ink color under the sun, just about :). Lilac Grace, Hibiscus Burst, Lovely Lady, Pale Peony, Limeade Ice, Ripe Avocado, Spring Moss, Aqua Mist, Harvest Gold, Sweet Blush, and Autumn Rose. The sentiments in Banner Style are quite varied and unique. It was hard to pick just one to use on this card, but lately, I've loved creating cards to cheer and lift, so I settled on this sentiment.
One last card before I go, this one using the fun, new Cornered die. After die cutting it from white cardstock, I layered washi tape strips across the backside, letting the different patterns and colors show through on the front.
I then used my Sew Simple Borders stamp set to create a faux stitching line down the diagonal. Lastly, I added a few hearts, cut using the XOXO die collection. They are cut from Aqua Mist, Pale Peony, and Berry Sorbet cardstock and topped with coordinating buttons.
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to visit the other girls at their blogs listed for you below:

So pretty and dainty Melis! I think it's my new favorite flower set too, lol. You did use a lot of colors, love all those pinks and greens. Let's not forget that super encouraging sentiment. What embellies did you use on top of the flowers? I Like all the different papers popping out from behind your second card and your signature ribbon. Thanks for sharing and always inspiring.

Both cards are so uplifting, Melissa! Very clever using washi tape under the corner die. Your heart wreath is gorgeous.
