Hello there my friends! How's your week been so far? Dreadfully cold here and all of us under this roof have caught the winter bug that's making its rounds. I'm trying to cure it with a bit of crafting today :).
Tags are a close first in my book when it comes to paper-crafting. Between tags and cards, I almost can't choose which I enjoy creating most, but lately, tags are right up there at the top. I created a couple of fun tags using my Reverse Confetti supplies.
My bottom tag uses the Heart Stencil in the background. I love the soft effect stencils add and this stencil, combined with Piggy Bank ink, is just delightful.
I then used my favorite fabric scraps and the XOXO Hearts Confetti Cuts to embellish my tag. I also just paper from the True Love 6x6 Paper pad to bring in some pattern and color.
On my top tag, I stamped a sentiment from the Crazy About You stamp set, stamping it in watermark ink and heat embossing it in silver powder. A few tiny, stamped flowers from the Whole Lotta Thanks stamp set were used as well.
And lastly, I fastened a few die cut hearts from the Heart Banners Confetti Cuts with a rusty safety pin. They're attached to a seam binding bow to complete my little stack of tags.
Wishing you a wonderful rest of your week!
Melis

So beautiful Melis! There's so much prettiness going on my eyes didn't know where to look first :) I love the hearts on the rusty pin. I ordered that die but haven't played yet, I'm going to try that, it's adorable. Thanks for sharing and always inspiring.
