papertrey ink - pen & ink...

Morning!  The April Papertrey Ink release is winding down, but over the next few days, I'll be sharing my projects with you using several of the new sets.  Today's card uses the new Pen & Ink stamp set.  Handwriting is such a huge trend right now, and this set goes perfectly with what we've been seeing all around us.

In the background I used the new Mix & Mat:  Scallops, stamping my sentiment on the top layer in watermark ink and then heat embossing it using white embossing powder.

I love the new Gran's Garden stamp set...it's a favorite of mine from the release, and I used it today to add a little touch of femininity.  At the bottom of my card I added a lovely die cut corner, cut using a die from the new Make it Market Kit:  Lovely Lace...another new love of mine :).
