papertrey ink - holiday tag along...

Just a little bit in love with the new Holiday Tag Along Kit from Papertrey Ink!  What a delightful, packed, super-sized, detailed, playful, unique kit for holiday tags and more!

I created a couple of tags for you today, one more on the simple side, just using the pre-printed paper included in the kit and using the Holiday Tag Along die to cut the tag from the paper.  I then embellished with sequins from the kit and stamped and die cut images from the Brilliant Baubles stamp set.  I added baker's twine at the top, also from the kit.  SO simple but the results are pretty festive!

My next tag is more complex, focusing more on the dies and stamps included in the set...you'll get so much use out of these and they'll last you for years to come!

I created my first layer from silver foil cardstock, heat embossing my sentiment in the center using white embossing powder.  The base layer was cut from pink glitter cardstock.  I then embellished using berries and sprigs from the Holiday Tag Along stamp set, and more images from the Brilliant Baubles stamp set.  One of my most favorite treats in this kit is the package of sequins....who can resist those?  I've used the silver snowflakes and red sequins on this tag.

And, on this tag I used the holly leaves and aqua sequins from the kit.
