Lovely looks!

The colours on your birthday card are so festive and fun. I adore your last card. The bright red is fabulous against the more muted pink and teal, and the florals are gorgeous. Thanks for the inspiration.

I adore the new friendship sentiment and have great plans for it. I have so many long time friendships from our Navy community. We were all so young, and because we were a select Navy program we traveled to closed areas of the world - no civilian communities around us. We were sisters, aunts, more than just friends - we were family. In fact, our sweet daughter-in-law is the youngest daughter of long time navy friends in that community. We have known her parents since before she was born. Friends and now family - we share a little grandson. And now you know the rest of the story. The sentiment is perfect! I love the Mat frame and the gift box too. Thank you for all the inspiration.

Beautiful cards. That quote will quickly be my favorite. It fits so many of my friends.

I always enjoy your cards, Melissa, but some cause me to stop so that I can take in every detail. That is what happened with the birthday card and its multicolored diamond background. And using the balloon strings as colorful streamers is fabulous. I'll need to remember that idea.
