Introducing the Bibliophile Collection…

Welcome to The Greetery’s Bibliophile Collection new release!  You’ll love the classic, timelessness of this romantic and enchanting set of products.

My first set of projects uses the new Have a Spine Short Story, Love Stories stamp set, and Romantic Corners dies.  

The Bookish Frames:  Romance Edition stamp plus stencil and dies are completely gorgeous and will instantly win your heart.  They look beautiful embossed in gold or simply stamped in colorful ink.

The new Nordic Hearts dies might just by my favorites from the entire release.  They come in several different sizes and can be layered to create dimension and personality.

The new Shelved dies were used on this card…they resemble a row of gorgeous, antique books, all lined up on display.  Some of my books were cut from patterned paper and others were colored using the Shelved Stencils.

I’ve used the coordinating Shelved stamp set and Shelved Details dies to add all of the personality and charm to my colorful books.  The tiny heart lock is from the new Have a Spine Lock & Key dies.

My last card uses the new Folk Heart stamp set and dies and they are so endearing and I am smitten!

Also used are the Folk Heart Sentiments and dies…love them!  The tiny Nordic Hearts dies were used in the center of my Folk Heart.

The Greetery’s Icing Collection Showcase Release Day Today…

There’s so much to love about the new Icing Collection from The Greetery!  If you love crystals, baubles, gems, glitter, and shimmer, you’ll absolutely adore this stunning new release.

This collection is geared towards tags, pretty packaging, wraps, and more…and as you’ll see below, you can create magic on cards too!  I used the new Inside & Out Tags stamp, die, stencil, and Ornamental tag die to create my shabby chic Christmas tags.

Also used are the Bookish Holiday Frames stamps and dies, BotaniCuts Juniper dies, and some chunky plastic snowflakes I found at Michael’s.  I added junk bows at the top and soft, shimmery sequins from The Greetery.

Aren’t these tiny birds beautiful?  I’ve used the new Nordic Birds dies and layered them over a background stenciled using the new Inside & Out Tags stencil and a wintery branch die cut using the BotaniCuts Rowan Branch die.

My beautiful crystal snowflakes were die cut using the new Frost Buds die…so gorgeous!  My sentiment is from the Tagged Elegance stamp set.

My next card uses the irresistible, new Hey Honecomb Penguin die and a White Honeycomb Ball.  

I accented using greenery from the new Ornamental Tag dies, Crystal Charms dies, and Hung With Care die.  Once again, I’ve used the Tagged Elegance stamps and dies for my sentiment.

Lastly, I created gift wrap using oodles of pretty Icing products.  I wrapped a white jewelry box using the new Ribbon Maker Crystals Strand die cut using gorgeous, new Paper Ribbon in Rose Gold and Gold.

Also used are the Inside & Out Tags stamp, die, and stencils, Ornamental Tags dies, Crystal Charms and Crystal Charms Jumbo dies.  Also new and used on my gift wrap is the new Crystal Sequin Mix…I am in LOVE!

The Greetery - Fireside Holiday Collection Reveal Day 2…

It’s The Greetery’s final day of reveals of the new Fireside Collection and it is AMAZING!  I have so many favorites…let’s get started!

My first card uses my newest favorite, the Ribbon Frame die and stencil.  I love the soft, fluid, motion this lovely die carries with it.  I will be using it over and over again!

I framed in my sentiment from the new Scripted Holiday Sentiments stamp set, which is layered over the new Winter Crest stamp + stencil, die, and Crest No. 2 die.  Aren’t these products beautiful?  The delicate snowflake is from the Snipped Snowflakes 2 die set.

I created a sweet gift box using the new Arch Box Small Die along with the Small Arch Door die.  These create the perfect size packages for gift tags, ornaments, luminaries, and gift wrap packages.

I used the Fancy Feet dies to create tiny, little mailbox feet to hold my mailbox up off the ground.  The new North Pole Post stamp set and dies were used to add more of the fun, postage feel.

And, lastly I added beautiful die cut berries using the new Rosemary & Berry dies.  I adore these and will be turning to use them again and again.

The lovely Dear Santa stamp set and dies were used on my next card…the flourished script is truly stunning and so classic!  I used the Airmail Border Stencil around the outer edges of my card and added flourishes and berries from the Dear Santa stamp set.

I surrounded my sentiment using the new Bookish Holiday Frames stamps and dies and added more Rosemary & Berries.

The lovely bow from the Ribbon Frame die was used to tie everything together and of course I finished with a postmark from the North Pole Post stamps and dies.

My last card was so much fun to create!  I used the new Flourished Phrases Merry stencil, stamp, and die to create my focal point.

I layered it over my favorite Ribbon Frame, which was created using the die and stencil.

The darling flowers are from the Winter Medley die set…they are the perfect finishing touch, don’t you think?

The Greetery - Fireside Holiday Collection Reveal Day 1…

There’s so much to love about The Greetery’s new Fireside Collection!  I love the sweet, cozy, homespun feel of these products…they truly remind me of Christmastime as a child.  I hope you enjoy what I’ve created for you today, but more importantly, the amazing products that will be available to you soon.

I created my sweet book using the new Have a Spine die.  What a fun die collection this is…they come together so easily and you can create all of the books you want!  

I’ve also used the new The Christmas Story stamps and dies, Bookish Holiday Frames stamps and dies, and Hung with Care die.  Aren’t those Bookish Holiday Frames elegant and lovely?  And I adore the tiny stocking and pines from the Hung with Care die collection.

Once again, I’ve used the gorgeous Bookish Holiday Frames stamps and dies on my second card.  I cut my frame from Kraft cardstock and then heat embossed in WOW! Embossing Salsa Powder.  I love the shimmery, frosty feel of it.

My focal point uses the new Winter Crest stamp + stencil, die and Crest No. 2 die.  It’s my FAVORITE!  It creates beauty in an instant!

My last card was so much fun to create…it gives me all the comfy, cozy, snowed-in-at-Christmas feels!

I’ve used the new Fireside and Hung with Care dies along with the Warm & Cozy stamps and dies.

I layered my fireside die over patterned paper that reminded me of wallpaper to complete the feel of my toasty, all-dressed-up-for-Christmas room.

The Greetery - Autumn Air Collection Day 2…

The beautiful, new Autumn Air Collection from The Greetery has been a breath of fresh air, hasn’t it?  We are on day 2 of this amazing release and my first card uses the new Grateful Greetings stamp + stencil and dies.

I adore this sweet grouping of products as there is something for everyone included.  There are so many ways to express gratitude and this stamp set is loaded!  I love the tiny flowers included in the set too, or swap them out for the optional heart…lots of possibilities.  In the background I used the stencil from the Flourished Phrases:  Thanks…it adds such a feminine touch.

I’ve used the new Hey Honeycomb Pumpkin dies on my second card, die cutting my pumpkins from patterned paper.  I love the sweet pumpkin toppers :).

These new Hey Honeycomb dies can be used with the Honeycomb balls of without and I love their versatility!  I used the new Pierced Plaid Plate behind my pumpkins and love the subtle touch of texture they add.

Lastly, I’ve used the new Hey Honeycomb Full Moon die, topping it with a Honeycomb ball in golden yellow to mimic a full moon.

I added stars, bats, and a sentiment from the coordinating Hey Honeycomb Halloween stamp set to add tiny embellishments and accents.

The Greetery - Autumn Air Collection Day 1…

Welcome to Day 1 of The Greetery’s Autumn Air Collection.  You are in for such a lovely treat!  My first card uses the new Oakwood stamp + stencil and die.  Can you believe the beauty of these oak leaves?  They are truly stunning and so detailed and realistic.

Behind my oak leaves I have used the gorgeous, new Pierced Plaid Plate, which I die cut into an oval.  Don’t you love the texture on this?  It’s a hard one to put down, for sure!

My next card uses the new Autumn Crest stamp + stencil, die and Crest No. 1 die.  This is the most beautiful collection of products…I adore them!  I love the tiny, delicate images.  

I used the Oakwood stamps and stencils to create my background, which one again uses the new Pierced Plaid Plate.  Truly stunning!

Lastly, I have used the gorgeous Mum’s the Word stamp + stencil and die on my final card,  Aren’t mums the absolute semblance of Fall?  I love seeing them pop up this time of year.

I love the way the die creates a frame for your sentiment.  And the stencils and stamps make using this set a breeze!

The Greetery - Confetti Encore Collection Day 2…

Are you ready for some fun today?  It’s The Greetery’s 5th Anniversary and today we’ve got more, irresistible, new products to celebrate!  I began this card by using the new Flourished Phrases Birthday stencils to create a subtle background.  I then layered on my die cut and stenciled Party Hat….this hat is the cutest!

At the top of my hat, I used the die cut Pom poms from the Party Hat die and added in a delightful surprise, using a Honeycomb Ball and the coordinating Hey Honeycomb stamp and die.

Once you open up the surprise, you’ll find a honeycomb to top your party hat!  So much fun and interactive!  What a creative idea, right?

I added die cut flowers down the front of my party hat using the Hey Honeycomb die.  You can also die cut these from a foam adhesive sheet and use them to help adhere the honeycomb ball open.  Betsy has thought of everything!

My next card uses the Hey Honeycomb Ice Cream Cone and just to show how cute it can be without a honeycomb ball, I didn’t add one to this card.  So the Hey Honeycomb suite can be used with our without the dimensional honeycomb balls. 

My sentiments come from the new What’s the Scoop stamp set.  This set is so creative, playful, and fun.

I used the same Hey Honeycomb Ice Cream Cone on this card, but added a honeycomb ball to the top…isn’t it cute?

I love how plump and realistic these embellishments are…truly delightful!  The What’s the Scoop die and stamp set were used to create the sentiment for this card.  Isn’t “Scoop” adorable, complete with chocolate sauce and sprinkles on top?

What a fun card to send to someone special, young or old, for their birthday…they’ll never forget it!

My last card uses the new Award Winning die.  This die set creates the cutest prize ribbon…I will be using this a bunch!

I hot foiled my background using the new Ticker Tape Hot Foil Plate, foiling in red…fun, isn’t it?  I used the Scripty Hello die and added it across the center of my prize ribbon.

My sentiment, once again, comes from the new What’s the Scoop stamp set.  The tiny, die cut stars are from the Hey Honeycomb die and look so cute die cut from felt, patterned paper, glitter cardstock, etc.

The Greetery - Confetti Encore Collection Day 1…

Welcome to The Greetery’s Confetti Encore Collection, Day 1!  The Greetery is celebrating their 5th Anniversary, so products are all geared around parties, celebrations, and birthdays!

My first card today uses the new and oh, so delightful, Celebration Streamers stamp + stencil to create my background.  I heat embossed my streamers and then added stenciling to the sides of each.  

My focal point/main sentiment  is from the new Four Square Birthday stamp set and die and is so playful and sweet.  

I added die cut and stenciled Celebration Streamers as a final, top layer and added felt cut stars as embellishments.  The secondary sentiment across the bottom is also from the new Four Square Birthday stamp set.

The lovely Flourished Phrases Birthday stencil + die were used on my second card and I love it just as much as the original Flourished Phrases products.  What a treat to have one for birthday, huh?

I added gloss over the top of my stenciled flourishes to bring in some dimension and shine.  I also added die cut letters from different colors of cardstock and patterned paper to create a fun, playful effect.

You can see that I used the Celebration Stamp + Stencil on my card base and added in flowers from a darling, new set of products you’ll be hearing more about tomorrow…must haves!

My last card uses the Four Square Birthday stamp set and dies once again to create a slimline card.  I created a background using this stamp set and topped it with jumbo balloons that you’ll be hearing more about tomorrow as well. 

This sentiment is one of my favorites from the release…it is irresistibly cute and happy!

The Greetery - Spring Fling Collection Day 2…

Hello, friends!  Welcome to Day 2 of the Spring Fling Collection from The Greetery.  There is so much for love about his delightful release…Mother’s Day, Easter, florals, greenery, etc.  Let’s get started!

My first card uses the beautiful, new To Mom With Love stamp set and dies.  From the minute I saw the sweet “With Love” stamp, I knew I wanted to use it on my card, and the bottom “Happy Mother’s Day” stamp just finishes off my sentiment perfectly.  

I love mixing old products with new and so I pulled out my Jumbo Curiosity Nest Die and made it my focal point.  I added a butterfly from the Curio:  Summer Findings die set.  Behind my nest, I used the beautiful, Elegant Arches Stamp and sponged ink in the arched window to add shading and softness.  

I’ve used the new Easter Morning Sentiments on my second card.  I just love the size and fonts used in the large “Happy Easter” Sentiment.  It’s gorgeous and makes a perfect focal point.

I added a secondary sentiment using another stamp and die from Easter Morning.  I framed everything in using the beautiful , new Spring Frame stamp and die.

The BotaniCuts Lavender die was used to create a bundle of lavender down the left side of my card.  

Lastly, I have used the new Print Shop:  Modern Botanical stamp + stencil and die.  What a gorgeous group of products these are!

I used the new Simply Bold:  For You die to create my sentiment, followed by a secondary sentiment from the To Mom With Love stamp set.

The Greetery - Spring Fling Collection Day 1…

Welcome to Day 1 of The Greetery’s Spring Fling Collection debut.  This release is full of all things Springtime, floral, and fresh…just what we need after a long winter, right?

My first card uses the gorgeous BotaniCuts Lilacs dies.  They are irresistibly sweet and so easy to assemble.  I can almost smell these lovely florals!  They come in a set of two with a variety of leaves and stems to add as you assemble your lilacs.  I love that they’re just the right size to grace the entire front of my card.

The lovely, All Occasion Script Sentiments stamp set and dies were used for my sentiment.  I love the simplicity of this beautiful font.  This set comes with a huge variety of sentiments…you’ll be sure to find just the right thing to say with this sentiment set.

My second card uses the gorgeous, new Spring Snowdrops stamp + stencil, and die.  I didn’t know too much about Snowdrops living here in the desert, but have decided that they are just as sweet and charming as can be!

I love the combination sentiments with their playful fonts used in the Snowdrops set…really cute and perfectly playful.  

Behind my Snowdrops, I have used the new Spring Frame Rubber stamp.  I love the beautiful way it frames in my focal point.  I’ll be using this delightful backdrop on so many of my future projects, for sure!

Lastly, I have used the amazing and unique Seagrass Basket die.  Betsy’s concept for this basket is truly inspiring…I love it’s woven effect and how easily it comes together, although it may look complex.

I die cut my basket pieces from Kraft cardstock, added a woodgrain stamp across the front, and distressed the handle in a dark bronze ink.  I attached my handle using tiny copper brads.  I love the label that is an option to add to the front…too cute and of course, so perfectly thought out.  I added a sentiment from the All Occasion Script Sentiments stamp set and die once again.

Behind my basket, I have used the Spring Frame die and then filled my basket with Graceful Stems, two of which I colored, and two of which I left white in order to add filler and dimension.  Such a fun card to create!

The Greetery Love Letters P.S. Collection - Day 2…

Are you ready for Day 2 of The Greetery’s Love Letters P.S. Collection?  It’s full of the prettiest, postal images, scripts, fonts, feathers, flowers, and more!

I’ve used the gorgeous, new Airmail Border Stencils on two of my cards today.  They are that much fun to use!  You’ll want to have them in your crafty stash!  I also used the lovely Inked Well stamp set and dies.  The feathered pens included in this set are stunning!

I stamped and heat embossed two of my feathers on a block of white cardstock, embossing with white powder.  I then sponged ink over my images using the emboss-resist technique. I spritzed on water and Lindy’s Gang Spray and let my cardstock dry before stamping my sentiment.  I added a heat embossed vellum feather and flowers from the new Graceful Stems die collection.

Next up is the oh, so irresistible new Vintage Type Stamp + Cut Combo and Just My Type Sentiments stamps.  

I have never owned a pink typewriter…yet, just a lovely aqua one, so I had to try my hand at pink and love how it turned out.  The sweet embossed flourishes really take this stamp/die combo up a notch!  I used a postage stamp from the Postal Modern stamp set in the upper right corner.

Once again, I used the beautiful Graceful Stems dies to add some sweet flowers to my card front.  I adore this die set!

Lastly, I’ve used the classic and timeless, new Scripted Sentiments stamp set to create my card background.  Isn’t this font lovely?

I then added a die cut heart from the new Four Square Valentine Tags Elements die set.  My secondary sentiment is from the new Sign Off Sentiments stamps and coordinating die sets.

The Graceful Stems dies truly are a must-have…I can’t create without them!

The Greetery Love Letters P.S. Collection - Day 1…

Welcome to Day 1 of The Greetery’s Love Letters P.S. Collection.  My first card uses the new Sent With Love Dies and Sent With Love Sentiments stamp set as my focal point.

 You’ll find all you need in this die set to wrap up little bitty envelopes and pockets, including string, bows, scissors, stamps, notepaper, etc.

I’ve also used the new Airmail Border Stencils and Postal Modern stamps on dies.  You’ll love the sweet postage stamps, flourishes, images, corners, sentiments and more included in this lovely collection of stamps.

I’ve used the Airmail Border Stencils once again on this card as well as the new Postcard Details die, which creates lovely embossing of the intricate postcard details.

The new Four Square Valentine Tags stamp set and Four Square Valentine Tags Elements dies were used for the darling sentiments and shapes.

Once again, the Postal Modern stamps and dies were used to embellish and create added personality.  My tiny flowers and leaves came from the Curio:  Confections die collection.

My last card uses the gorgeous, new Flourished Phrases:  Love Stencil and coordinating die.  I adore the oversized script with intricate flourishes surrounding it.

I used gold paste to stencil the flourishes to give dimension and texture to the stencil.  The Flourished Phrases:  Love Additions stamp set was used to complete my sentiment.  You can see that I used the Airmail Border Stencils around the top and bottom edges of my card.

Flowers and dies used on this card are from the Takes the Cake collection…sweet, aren’t they?  Wait til you see flowers on tomorrow’s creations!  LOVE!

The Greetery - All that Glitters Collection…

The All that Glitters Collection from The Greetery is a collection to top all collections when it comes to Christmas packaging and gift giving, including cards, tags, and wraps!

My first card uses the lovely, new Snipped Snowflakes 1 dies, cut from piano sheet music.  These come in two different sizes and are magical!  I’ve also used the new Snowflake Prints Stencil in the background, stenciled with my favorite Crackle Paste.

The gorgeous Magnolia Bloom, Large Leaves:  Magnolia, and Magnolia Wreath dies were used to create my focal point and my sentiment is from the new Four Square Holiday Tags stamps and dies.

This next card warms my heart and was such a joy to create.  I began with a Kraft cardstock base and used the Snowflake Prints Stencil and watermark ink topped with Shabby Green Embossing Enamel to create my background.  This stencil is a must-have!

I then used the Snipped Snowflakes 1 dies, layering the two die cuts together and hung them from my die cut Ribbon Maker:  Wood Bead Garland across the top.  Once again, my sentiment is from the fun, new Four Square Holiday Tags stamp and die set.  I love this particular sentiment!

To finish, I added a die cut Tassels Small die and clipped it to my wood bead garland using a rusty, safety pin and trim.  The greenery is also from the Four Square Holiday Tags stamp set…it’s full of sentiments, greenery, snowflakes, and more.

The All that Glitters Collection is centered on gift-packaging, so for my next project, I created a tag duo using the amazing, new Four Square Holiday Tags stamps and dies.  This concept is so unique and creative.  It’s the perfect way to crank out oodles of tags in a short amount of time.  

I topped my tags with stars from the new Starburst Baubles die.  They look so brilliant cut from silver, metallic cardstock.

My last card uses the beautiful, new Wintry Mix die that I used to create my background.  What a fun die set this is!

I topped my card with snowflakes cut using the Snipped Snowflakes 2 dies, cutting them from patterned paper and vellum.  I used a snowflake from the Four Square Holiday Tags stamps and die sets.

The Greetery - Recollective Holiday Collection - Day 3…

One more day of the Recollective Holidays from The Greetery!  I hope you’ll love what you see today. I’ve used the new Cheer Mobile stamp set and dies on my first card.

I love the tiny hatchback the this set is built around.  I chose to use the stack of gifts included in the set and strapped them to the top of my car.

This set comes mixed with lots of adorable sentiments to choose from and the cutest greens to frame in your sentiment or your focal point.  Behind my car, I have used the new Christmas Sampler Stencil.  I love the Nordic feel of this beautiful stencil collection.

Next, I have used the new Holiday Hatchback die collection to create my little treat container.

This gift box creates the cutest little car and is a delight!  The trunk pops open and is where you can load your Christmas treats.  I used the Holiday Hatchback Toppers:  Tree die and layered them across the far side of my car to create a scene of sorts behind my car.

Betsy has thought of everything including taillights, a license plate, wood paneling, etc.  I’ve used a sentiment from the Cheer Mobile stamps and dies to create my Winter Greetings phrase.

The Greetery - Recollective Holiday Collection - Day 2…

Today at The Greetery, we’re celebrating Day 2 of the Recollective Holiday Collection and you’re in for such a treat!  

I love the new Christmas Sampler Sentiments stamp set…it is one of my favorites from the release because I love to stitch!  I framed my sentiment inside a Hoopla Oval die and used the Aida Cloth Texture Plate on my Kraft cardstock to give it a realistic feel.

My favorite Big Beautiful Bow die was used below my stitchery and I accented with greens and berries from the BotaniCuts Juniper die collection.

I’ve used the delightful, new Bright & Bubbly stamp set on my next card.  These darling bubble lights take me right back to my Grandma’s house at Christmastime.  I loved helping her decorate her tree.

The delightful Popcorn Garland dies were used and draped across the bottom of my card…love these!  I added in Mint & Berry Bits to embellish my garland…so much fun!

Aren’t these bubble lights the cutest!

Lastly, I have used the new Plaid Tidings Very Merry Die, stamp set, and stencils to create this card.  I ADORE this plaid and need a whole stencil in it!

Isn’t this the funnest concept?  If you choose to just use stripes on your die, you can just use two of the stencils, otherwise use them all and end up with this delightful plaid.

The Greetery - Recollective Holiday Collection - Day 1…

Welcome to Day 1 of The Greetery’s Recollective Holiday Collection.  This release is so special and reminds me of Christmases gone by.

My first card and tag use the new Wrapped in Love stamp set and coordinating dies.  This concept is so much fun and is full of the tiniest details, from the little scissors to the spool of twine used to wrap up bright, paper packages!  The beautiful berries and greens are from the new BotaniCuts Juniper die set.  I can’t stop using these dies!

You’ll find a wide variety of patterns for your role of wrapping paper and the sweetest of sentiments all centered around “wrapping paper”.  To create the background on my card I used the new Fair Isle Stencil, which is completely fabulous!

My coordinating tag uses the dies from this set…the tiny packages all wrapped up in ribbon.  They are so realistic looking and look adorable cut from patterned paper.  My sentiment comes from the new Wrapped in Love Sentiment Additions stamp set.  

I love the berries and sentiments on this next card.  I’ve use the gorgeous BotaniCuts Rowan Branch die as well as Comfort & Joy stamps et and dies.  

I can see this set being using for so many occasions, not just for Christmas, but times when comfort is indeed what’s needed.  

Aren’t those berries delightful?  I love the option of using the second layer as snow so it looks like the berries are covered in it!

My last card uses the beautiful, new Winterland Layers stamp set and dies, which is the most amazing set!  You can created a variety of different bunches of greens and berries using just one stamp set.  It’s genius!

I’ve also used the new Big Beautiful Bow die and as you can see, this is a must have!  It created the fluffiest, fullest, most beautiful bow that works not only for cards but also for packages too!

The Greetery - Harvest Fest Collection Day 2…

One more day of beautiful things from The Greetery’s Harvest Fest Collection!  I’ve used the lovely, new Wildwood stamp set and dies on my first card.

This set is full of the most beautiful florals that are perfect for Autumn but all year-round too.  I used the Round About Fall Foliage die behind the Wildwood flowers.  This die created the funnest wreaths for tags, cards, and gift packages.  I love the concept!

My card background was created using the new Herringbone Parquet die…it’s a beauty too.  I love the textured woodgrain effect, don’t you?

I’ve used the gorgeous Elegant Entrance:  Arches die on my second card.  I adore this beautiful die…it, along with the new Autumn Harvest die might just be my most favorite from this release.  

Aren’t the tiny cornstalks just the prettiest additions?  The pumpkins and squash are absolutely irresistible too.

My sentiment comes from the new Thanks All Ways stamp set and dies and I’ve added in florals and greens from the Wildwood stamp set too.

My last card uses the new Fall Folk Stencil, Fall Folk die, and Plump Pumpkins dies.

I die cut my Plump Pumpkin from white cardstock, die cut the Fall Folk detail in the center of the pumpkin, and then matted it over silver glitter cardstock.  

Once again, the pretty Wildwood florals were used to accent my card and I used the Thanks All Ways stamp set and dies for my sentiment.

My first card uses the new Caramel Apple Die, Cinnamon Sticks Die, Nutty Bits, and Fall Foodie Phrases stamp set and coordinating dies.

The Herringbone Parquet Die was used as my card base…it’s beautiful!  Aren’t these products amazing?  There are so many different things you can do with the Caramel Apple die…chocolate drizzles, caramel on the top or bottom, sprinkles, and more!  I just adore these new products!

I’ve used the gorgeous, new To Pie For Dies and Fall Foodie Phrases stamps and dies on my next card.  

These pies whip up to look homemade and freshly baked.  Think pumpkin, berry, cherry, mincemeat, lemon, and so much more!

In the background, I have used the Autumn Bliss Stamp + Cut Combo and Patchwork die.

Lastly, I have used the new Jumbo Curiosity:  Acorns die, the Cinnamon Sticks die, and a pumpkin you’ll learn much more about tomorrow.

My sentiment comes from the new Thanks All Ways stamp set and dies.  This set is perfect for Thanksgiving and all throughout the Autumn season.

I created my background using the Print Shop:  Calico Stamps + Stencil….so cozy and homespun.

The Greetery - Handiwork Collection Day 2…

Welcome to Day 2 of The Greetery’s Handiwork Collection.  You are in for such a sweet treat today!  My first card uses the new Sew Vintage die…can you believe the cuteness of this thing?

I adore vintage sewing machines and have a couple of them, so this die is definitely dear to my heart.  All of the details have been perfectly thought out and executed.  I love the fabric with the scalloped edges peeking out from the machine too.  Amazing!  I used the new Sew Vintage Stamp set for my sentiment…you’ll love the thoughtful, themed sentiments included in this set.

My florals are from the Floral Sampler stamp and die collections.  Behind my scene, I stamped my background using the Embroidered Background stamp and layered my sewing machine over a die cut Hoopla Round Inserts die.

I’ve used the gorgeous Rose Tapestry Stencil on my next two cards.  This stencil is just as fun and easy to use as can be!  

The adorable Notionables die was used for my scissors, needle, and thread and I chose a sentiment from the Sew Vintage stamp set.  The Floral Sampler stamp set was used once again…can’t get enough of this beautiful set of images and florals.

I nestled everything inside a Hoopla Oval die….sweet, isn’t it?  I love the weathered wood texture and all of the special details included in this die collection.

Here’s the Rose Tapestry Stencil at work once again…LOOOOOVELY!  It’s so fun to mix and match colors to see how they’ll turn out together.

This tiny pincushion and decorative pins are from the Notionables die collection…dreamy, right?  

I used one of the Hoopla Mini Inserts dies for my Sew Vintage Sentiment….they’re just the right size for  tiny sentiments such as this one.

The Greetery - Handiwork Collection Day 1…

Good morning!  Welcome to Day 1 of The Greetery’s Handiwork Collection release!  This collection, quite simply, has my heart.  It is enchanting, endearing, cozy, homespun, and so inspiring.

My first card uses the new Hoopla Mini dies and Hoopla Mini Inserts dies.  Aren’t they the cutest?  I love their varied shapes and the scale they were designed on.  They are the perfect size for little, bitty flowers, and sentiments.

I used the new Embroidered Blooms dies over the top of each of my hoops, and a sentiment from the new Sew Vintage stamp set.  Behind my hoops I have used the new Embroidered Background stamp and the Hoopla Oval Inserts die.

My next card uses the Embroidered Background stamp once again, but I stamped it on a die cut Stitched Scallops Notecard die…sweet, huh?

You’ll notice I used the Embroidered Blooms and Hoopla Mini dies again.  My sentiment is from the new Stitched Sentiments stamp set and Stitched Sentiments dies…I adore these!

One of my favorite, new products this release is the Aida Cloth Texture Plate, which is so realistic and adds the most beautiful texture to cardstock.

Lastly, and perhaps my most favorite card, uses the new Floral Sampler stamp set and dies.  Aren’t these blooms delightful!

You can see my use of the Aida Cloth Texture Plate behind my Hoopla Oval die.  These dies also come in a circle shape and come complete with all of the tiny, intricate elements you’d find on a wooden embroidery hoop.

My sentiments comes from the Stitched Sentiments stamp set and coordinating Stitched Sentiments dies.

The Greetery…Urban Jungle - Day 2

We are celebrating Day 2 of The Greetery’s Urban Jungle collection.  It’s so full of the most beautiful greens, dies, and stencils.  Let’s jump right in!

I’ve used the gorgeous, new BotaniCuts Hibiscus Dies.  They are so delicate and detailed and full of possibilities.  I’ve combined my hibiscus with the older Elegant Arches stamp followed by an A2 Arches die that I sponged ink over to create a faux sky.

I chose a sentiment from the Pine Blossom stamp set.  Aren’t these hibiscus beautiful?  They are so easy to use and create gorgeousness in an instant.

My next card uses the adorable Modern Planters dies….aren’t they sweet?  I have one or two of these sitting on my windowsill at home.

I filled my planters with greenery from the Plant It:  Silver Dollar Succulent and Plant It:  Aloe dies.  These are a delight to use and look so cute nestled in their planter.

My sentiment is from the new Way to Grow stamp set which is full of the most playful sentiments and sayings…you’ll adore them all!  In the background, I have used the new Wicker Weave Stencil collection.

I saved my favorite card for last, one using the new Large Leaves:  Fern die…it’s a beauty!  I layered it over a window cut from corrugated cardstock, that I distressed with white paint.

I added twine around my card and tacked it down using my die cut sentiment, cut and stamped using the Little Labels Stamp + Cut Combo…love this duo!

Behind my focal point, I used the Seed Catalog Background stamp…the perfect, compliment to my fern die.

Pretty Pink Posh - June Blog Hop…

I love the sweet, June release from Pretty Pink Posh!  It is full of all things summery, fresh, and fruity!  My first card uses the fun, new Fresh Berries stamp set and coordinating dies.

Isn’t the little berry basket the fruit rests inside just the cutest?  Think of how many things you can tuck inside these tiny baskets.

I paper-pieced my fruit, using scraps and bits of my favorite papers.  This is one of my most favorite techniques!  Behind my fruit basket, I used the new Starburst stencil.

My next card uses my favorite summertime treat…watermelon!  I used the new Layered Watermelon Stencils to create my background, adding watercolor spots and Distress Ink droplets.

I then layered on my watermelon slices using Watermelon Stamp set and coordinating dies.  They are adhered on a square die cut, cut using the Mini Scallop Card dies.  

I adore the sweet sentiments found in this set…this is one of my favorites!

The Greetery…Urban Jungle - Day 1

The Greetery’s new Urban Jungle collection is so irresistible!  Let’s jump right into today’s new products and associated projects.  My first card uses the adorable GreenHouse die.  I love it, love it, love it!  I added ink to mine to create soft shades that glass may resemble, with shabby bricks across the bottom, and a distressed wooden door.

I filled my greenhouse full of flowers and greenery using the Garden Tub Filler and Petal Pusher Blooms dies.  These blooms make my smile with their plump and jumbo nature and feel.  

For my sentiment I have used the new Little Labels Stamps + Cut Combo….a new favorite of mine.  It’s trendy, classic, and perfect all at the same time.  

My next card uses the Garden Tub die…something I am very fond of in real life and now I can enjoy it on paper too!  I filled my shabby, metal garden tub with the Garden Tub Fillers die, sponging colors of green over each surface area.

I added tiny blooms in white from the Petal Pusher Blooms die, just to bring in a few florals.  Once again you can see that I used a sentiment from the Little Labels Stamp + Cut Combo, adding it across the front of my metal tub.

Behind my scene, I’ve used the gorgeous, new Woven Can Background Die.  It’s so detailed and stunning….perfect for the modern feel of the Urban Jungle collection. 

My last card uses the sweet Petal Pusher Blooms, stencils, and Background dies.  I adore this trio of goodies.  They make creating so effortless and enjoyable.

The Petal Pusher Background die is pierced and embossed with a few of the images actually cut out so you can plump up your flowers and create dimension.  The Petal Pusher stencils coordinate perfectly with the background, so adding color is a snap!

I surrounded my sentiment, from the Pine Blossom stamp set, using Petal Pusher Blooms dies.  I doubled and tripled their layers to create really full and plump blooms and adore how they turned out.

Pretty Pink Posh March Blog Hop…

The Greetery - New Beginnings Collection: Day 2…

Welcome to the 2nd day of The Greetery’s New Beginnings Collection release.  I have three, fun cards to share with you using sweet, new Spring products.  

The new Jumbo Curiosity:  Nest die might just be my most favorite product of the release!  It’s irresistible!

I used the new Spring Meadow Rubber Background stamp set behind my nest and then used a sentiment and coordinating die cut from the New Day set.  

This next card uses the lovely, new Spring Meadow Stencils and dies.  They’re so easy to use and create beautiful results!

My sentiment comes from the New Day stamp set with coordinating die.  The sentiments in this set are so sweet and meaningful!

I’ve used the older Loopy Bow Builder die to tie my bundle Spring flowers together.

My last card uses the lovely, new Morning Glory dies.  What sweet and beautiful flowers they are!

The New Day stamp set has the most perfect sentiments for a variety of occasions…you’ll love them all!

The Greetery - New Beginnings Collection: Day 1…

Welcome to Day 1 of the New Beginnings Collection Release from The Greetery.  These sweet, new Spring and baby products are so delightful and full of creativity!  Let’s jump right in!

I’ve used the new Baby Face:  Sprout die and Baby Face Sentiments stamp set on my first card.  Betsy has designed such a large variety of Baby Face dies including an elephant, swaddled baby, lamb, peas in a pod, this tiny sprout, and more.

The Baby Face Sentiments coordinate with each of the dies, creating the sweetest, “punny” greetings.  Such a unique set of products!  I’ve also used the new Spring Sprays Stencils to frame in my sweet sprout.  I adore these lovely, layered stencils.

I’ve used the Spring Sprays Stencils and coordinating dies on my next card.  They create a lovely frame around your chosen focal point, such as the Jumbo Curiosity:  Butterfly I’ve used here.

I used crackle paste to stencil on the leaves of my Spring Sprays Stencils…love the weathered feel it creates!  In the background I have used the new Spring Meadow Rubber Background stamp.  I LOVE it!

My sentiment is from the new Rejoice stamp set and the border of flowers across the bottom of my card are the new Ribbon Maker:  Daisy Chain die.  Cute stuff, huh?

My last card uses lots of fun Spring products…they are all so sweet!  I adore the new Bunny Kisses dies, used in the center of my card.

I snipped apart the eggs from the new Ribbon Maker:  Easter Egg die and added them beneath my bunny.  The flowers are from the Spring Sprays dies and make the cutest accents.

The new Tear Strip Tags:  Spring stamp set was used for my sentiment and I’ve used the delightful Frosted Frames dies around the edges of my card.  

Such darling, new products!

The Greetery…Have a Heart Collection:

The Greetery has a beautiful, new collection called Have a Heart that will be available tomorrow!  The designers are celebrating the new collection by sharing projects using all of the new goodies.  My first tag and card use the darling, new Hearts at Home:  Clock die and coordinating sentiments stamps.

I adore the sweet, punny sentiments associated with all of the new Hearts at Home dies.  You’ll find a toaster, mugs, lightbulb, sweater, and clock with coordinating sentiments.

I created a card using the same clock image, just in different patterned paper prints.  I added in some flowers from the Signed & Sealed With a Kiss stamp and dies set and my postage image from the Pretty Postmarks stamps and dies.

I added chrome accents to my clock using metallic cardstock from Your Paper Insider.  Isn’t this tiny alarm clock the sweetest?  I love the heart shaped of it and tiny numbers and hands.  “Time to be mine” is one of my favorite sentiments from the new Hearts at Home Sentiments stamp set.

I created a gift wrap for my next project, using the new Round About Hearts die as my tag base.  I sponged color over the outer hearts, added water, and then a bit of Distress ink to create a soft, watercolor look.

I added a sentiment to the center of my tag using the new Hot Stuff Sentiments stamps and dies.  My secondary sentiment on the Tear Strip Tag uses the new Tear Strip Tags Valentine stamp set.  These are so fun!  Assorted flowers were used at the base of my tag using BotaniCuts Hollyhocks dies and the Print Shop:  Garden Goodness stamp, stencil, and dies.

The new Ribbon Maker:  Scalloped Hearts die and Paper Ribbon:  Lilac were used as a wrap around my Lindt chocolate truffles.  LOVE the Ribbon Maker dies so much!

Lastly, I created a card using a beautiful variety of new and old products.  I began with the new Falling Hearts Background die, layered over my pink card base.

I then used pink foil and the new Heart Arrow Hot Foil Plate and Heart Arrow Die to create my focal point.  I added in sentiments from the new Hot Stuff Sentiments stamps and dies and Hearts and Home Sentiments.

I used a BotaniCuts Rose die and once again, the Pretty Postmarks stamps and Postal Frames dies.  Such a fun card to create!

Pretty Pink Posh: January 2023 Blog Hop…

I’m happy be be guest designing for Pretty Pink Posh this month.  I have used the cutest, new supplies on my card today and I’m excited to share them with you.

I used the new Wonky Stitched Squares in the background and stenciled hearts over my surface area using the new Layered Conversation Hearts stencils.  These are a 4-step stencil if you choose, but I’ve just used the first layer of solid hearts on my card today.  

The darling Winter Mug dies were used with the new Valentine Mug Additions dies.  I used the heart window die to cut a heart from the center of my mug, creating a shaker, filled with the cute, new XOXO Clay Confetti.  SO cute!  The flower, chocolate dipped strawberry, and heart stir stick are all from the Valentine Mug Additions dies.  Be still my heart!

Across the center of my mug, I used the new Large Love Shadow die.  Such a sweet font!  My secondary sentiment was stamped on a double ended banner and is from the new Potted Roses stamp set.  Much more to come in the following days!

The Greetery: Day 3 - We Wish You a Merry Christmas…

Figgy Pudding is up next on Day 3 of The Greetery’s Song of Christmas Collection and I think it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen!

The Figgy Pudding Box die creates two pieces, the bottom and cute topper.  What will you put inside yours?  I covered the top of mine with white cardstock coated in chunky Mica Flakes.  

I added the Bow Topper Die and adorable Holly Topper Embellishments to dress up the top of my Figgy Pudding package.  These would make the cutest ornaments on a pink Christmas tree, don’t you think?  Or the perfect package for some holiday jewelry :).

My next card uses the new Cooking Up Christmas stamp, stencil set and matching die.  What a fun idea to create a set centered around holiday baking….my favorite thing about Christmas!

Sugar cookies, candy cane, milk for Santa, kisses…

Hot cocoa, a mixing bowl full of cookie batter, etc.  Wouldn’t this combination of products make the cutest tags too?  True love!

And, lastly for this glorious release, is the new StencilScapes Winter Stencil.  Can you believe this entire background was created using Betsy’s fabulous stencils?  Amazing and so much fun to use.

I added in a new Frosty Pines tree die….genius and gorgeous!

And selected a sentiment from the Arched Holiday Sentiments stamp set.  These sentiments are so beautiful, they create perfect last minute sentiments to any holiday card.

The Greetery: Day 2 - Deck the Halls…

Hello there and welcome to Day 2 of The Greetery’s Song of Christmas Collection.  Today we are decking the halls with all new, and such creative products.  Let’s get started with my first card.

I adore the new Jumbo Curiosity Ornament Dies and have used two on this first card.  They are a delight to sponge ink over, cut from patterned paper, felt, vellum, and other materials.  I’ve used the new Twinkle Background die directly behind my ornaments…so much fun!

Surrounding my ornaments I have used the new Mistletoe Arches stamp, stencil, and dies….talk about adorable!  What a fun surrounding statement it makes!  My sentiment is from the new Arched Holiday Sentiments stamp set with matching die.  

I’ve used these very same elements on my second card, showing how beautiful they look in different colors.  Once again the Jumbo Curiosity Ornament dies take center stage…love ‘em.

I can’t quite get enough of the Mistletoe Arches stencil and die….I love this arch painted in shades of gold for a classic Christmas twist.

Surrounding and topping my ornament, I have used the new Arched Holiday Sentiments stamp set and A2 Arches Stencil.  These stencils are delightful!

The Greetery: Day 1 - Heaven & Nature Sing…

It’s Day 1 of The Greetery’s A Song of Christmas Collection and the theme for today is Heaven & Nature Sing.  Let’s get started with products used on my first card.

Being a music lover myself, I adore the new Heaven & Nature Sing Stamp + Stencil and matching die.  I’ve never seen a music note as lovely as this one…it’s weathered and woodsy, and so charming with all of its leaves and berries.  The stamp set comes with two different sentiments to choose from, both Christmas related and oh, so gorgeous with their two-step technique.

In the background, I have used the gorgeous, new Pine & Berry Background stamp…it’s absolutely irresistible.  I stamped mine in white on a Kraft background and love the rustic look.  

On my next card I used the Pine & Berry Background once again, this time stamping on a white base in light green ink.  

The darling, new Peaceful Doves dies and Peaceful Doves Details stamp set were used.  Can you imagine anything as sweet and serene as Christmas doves?  I just adore these darling birds.  

I love the gorgeous font used on one of my favorite sentiments for Christmas, “Peace on Earth”, don’t you?  It’s a favorite on mine to use for the holidays and this one is exceptional in every way.  The lovely florals are from the new Pine Berry stamp set and matching die.  So fun to use to accent corners, around sentiments, etc.

Lastly, this card uses the new Peaceful Olive stamp, stencil, and Full Panel die.  These products work flawlessly together!

The Peaceful Olive Full Panel creates the most beautiful background and give you a wonderful jumping off point if you choose to build upon it, which I did.  I used the single Peaceful Olive dies with coordinating stamps to surround my sentiment.

I then added in flowers, leaves and berries from the new Winter Medley die set.  It’s so sweet, with such delicate images…they make the perfect accents to any floral.

Calico Fields Collection - Day 2…

Day 2 of The Greetery’s Calico Fields Collection is full of such Autumn sweetness…let’s get started with the new, Rolling Hills dies.  This delightful die coordinates with the Rolling Hills stencils, Rolling Hills Tree Details Die, and Countryside dies, which I have also used here.

My sentiment is from the new Thankful Heart stamp + stencil and dies.  This is the cutest stamp set!  You’ll learn more about this fun set of products next…but I adore it!

I paper-pieced my rolling hills together, adding in patterned paper that created a patchwork look across the countryside.  I then tucked in Countryside dies here and there, nestling them into the hills.  I love the tiny silo, farmhouses, windmill, and fences….so endearing.

My next card uses the new Stencilscapes Autumn Stencils.  Get ready to fall right in love with this amazing concept!  Don’t be intimidated by how complex it appears….this gorgeous scene comes together so effortlessly!  

This scene was created by applying color over one stencil at a time that created different pieces of of the scene.  I had so much fun creating this!

The sentiment was created using the Thankful Heart stamps, dies, and stencils on this card too.  You’ll love the ability to color in the negative spaces on the sentiment using the coordinating stencils.  It makes creating a sentiment in coordinating colors so much fun!  Don’t you love the apple bushel, pumpkins, flowers, cornstalks, squash, etc. on this card?  All stencils with stamp options too.

My last card uses the new Time For Gratitude stamps and dies.  This darling set coordinates with the older Hourglass Frame and Hourglass Insert dies.

I love the florals in this set…they’re two-step, which enables you to stamp the flowers in a different color from the stem.  Aren’t the fonts and flourishes used on the sentiments beautiful?

Calico Fields Collection - Day 1…

Welcome to Day 1 of The Greetery’s Calico Fields Collection!  You’re going to feel all of the delightful “Fall Feels” with this amazing collection of creativeness.  Let’s get started.

My first card today uses the sweet new Autumn Bliss Stamp + Cut Combo, the Patchwork die (in the background), and the gorgeous Jumbo Curiosity Buckeye Leaf die.  I adore the Patshwork die and the grid feel of it.  I stamped my Autumn Bliss images in each square and topped it with my sentiment, heat embossed in gold on vellum.

The Jumbo Curiosity Buckeye Leaf die is irresistible!  I cut one from vellum and layered it under my top leaf.  This leaf, I sponged with autumn colors, spritzed with water, then Distress spray, and lastly, coated it with Crackle Paste and let it dry, so the crackle magic could happen.  I then topped it with torn trimmings and a wooden button.  

This next card uses the delightful, new Warm & Wonderful stamp set and dies.  This set has me dreaming of steaming hot cocoa and apple cider with cinnamon.  I can almost smell them now!

I carried the berries and pine sprigs theme through from my cup of apple cider, to the corners of my card, and into the inside of my card.  These images are so much fun to use as embellishments and create such beauty in an instant!

The sentiment on my card can be found on the inside, and is such a sweet one, don’t you think?  I love this time of year, and this sentiment expresses it in such a creative way.

Lastly, I used the new Bushel Basket Die, the BotaniCuts Apple Die, and adorable Print Shop:  Calico stamp and stencil combo.  You’ll adore this darling background combination for sure!  Such a fun way to create custom patterned paper that resembles fabric.

I combined the older Bountiful Wreath stamp set and dies behind my bushel and for my sentiments.  I love how Betsy’s sets work so well together.  Here you can see a bit of the Calico stamp…I used ink and my colored pencils to create my stamped and stenciled background.

The sweet Bushel Basket die comes with everything you need to create the cutest bushel you’ll ever see. I love the slats, metal rings that hold it together, the tiny handles, and the wooden bracket/plate you can attach to the front with a sentiment, images, or die cut.  I sponged my BotaniCuts Apple dies with ink, spritzed them with water to create a soft, watercolor look, and nestled them inside my bushel with blossoms and leaves.

The Greetery - Wild Elegance Collection…

 

Welcome to The Greetery’s Wild Elegance Collection….it’s beautiful and simply elegant, just as the name says!  My first card uses the gorgeous, new Floral Arches stamps, stencils, and dies.  What a delightful group of products these are!

I love adding just a pop of red to my florals, and chose to add it here with my stenciling and stamped accents.  You’ll love how effortlessly these detailed floral arches come together.  They look so complicated, but are simply created with Betsy’s fabulous designs.

I love the number of different sentiments included in the  coordinating Arched Sentiments stamp set there are to choose from.  I had to use this one about the hug you get to keep…it’s my favorite.  I’ve also used the coordinating Arched Sentiments stamps and dies to bring in more color and character to my florals.  These products work together so beautifully.

My next card uses the new A2 Arches dies to create my focal point.  These are FUN!  I’ve used three different sizes of them, adding in a vellum layer to create softness.

My florals are comprised of the new Lovely Silhouettes stamps and dies.  Aren’t they beautiful?  I stamped my background arch using images from this stamp set and then added a  colorful cluster on the side, climbing up and over the arch.

This new set is perfect for weddings, and full of all different varieties of wedding and anniversary sentiments.  Love them!

My last card uses the new Sketched Wildflowers Frame Rubber stamp in my background, topped with the coordinating Sketched Wildflower Bouquet Stamp, stencil, and die.  I created an opening in my frame by using the coordinating Sketched Wildflower Frame Die.  Betsy has thought of absolutely everything!  Isn’t the tiny tag where the sentiment can be stamped just perfection?  This set is loaded with all sorts of sentiment possibilities.

The Greetery Sweet & Sunny Collection - Day 2…

Welcome to Day 2 of The Greetery’s Sweet & Sunny Collection Reveal.  Oh, what beautiful treats you are in for today!  They are all things lovely, sweet, and summery!  Let’s get started, shall we?

I’ve used the gorgeous, new Leaves All Around dies and stencils on my first card, stenciling in warm, earthy tones to tie in with my shabby, corrugated paper background.  This stencil and die are so easy to use and create the most beautiful frame in an instant.

The gorgeous, new Jumbo Curiosity:  Butterfly Die was used in the center of my frame and how I love this beautiful thing!  It’s truly effortless to create shape, form, and color…you’ll love it along with the new Jumbo Curiosity:  Moth and Dragonfly dies and stencils.  I’ll be using those later and will have projects ready to share soon.

On my next card, I’ve used the new Leaves All Around Stencil and Dies once again, this time stenciling in leafy, brilliant greens.  It’s amazing how different it looks based on the colors used, don’t you think? 

Leaves All Around creates the most beautiful frames for your card.  I love it!  I used the Daisy Days stamp set and dies to bring in some florals, adding them above my focal point.  Imagine all of the other Greetery florals you can combine with this lovely frame.   

I used the Mini Boxwood Heart stamps and dies for my focal point, adding in a sentiment also from this set, that is simple and doesn’t detract from the gorgeous greenery surrounding it.  SO much fun!

On my last card, I have used the sweet, new BotaniCuts Hollyhocks die.  I can’t express how beautiful these tiny, little flowers turn out once they’re colored and assembled.  I am smitten with them.

I combined my hollyhocks with lavender from the BotaniCuts Lavender die collection.  I added yellow to them instead of lilac, but love how they turned out.  I so enjoy trying unexpected colors on things…there is no wrong or right way when it comes to being creative. 

For my sentiment and behind my hollyhocks, I used the Sketchbook Roses stamp set and heat embossed the flowers in gold embossing powder.  I love the soft, subtle background it adds to the bold, bright flowers in the forefront.

The Greetery Sweet & Sunny Collection - Day 1…

Good morning!  It’s Day 1 of The Greetery’s Sweet & Sunny Release and it’s as cute as can be!  My first card uses the new Honey Bee die…oh, how I love this sweet little bug :).

In the upper and lower corner of my Honey Bee die, I have used the Honeycomb Corners Die and stamps, dies, and sentiments from the Buzz-worthy set.  Isn’t this sentiment the cutest?  I love the honeycomb stamps too.

Surrounding my Honey Bee, I have used greenery from the Boxwood Heart Details die.  I just used a portion of these greens to highlight the oval shape beneath my bee.  The florals used are from the Pine Blossom stamp and die sets.  

This next card uses the new Buzz-Worthy Sentiment stamp set and dies once again, combined with the new Honey Jar stamp set and dies.  Get ready to fall in love!

The tiny honey jar comes in three different varieties, each showing a different level of honey contained in the jar.  Also, you’ll find a darling fabric topper die, complete with ruffles and twine that wraps around the topper, and ties with a bow.  

You’ll notice I used my cute honeycomb stamps once again and I selected a different sentiment from the Buzz-worthy set.  I could stamp with these all day long!  Aren’t those tiny bees sweet?  I added in some red geraniums from the Botani-Cuts Geranium die collection.  

Lastly, I’ve used the new Honeysuckle Stems stamp set and dies, adding them to my Honey Jar.  Who says you can’t use a honey jar as a vase, right?  Especially when the flowers are sweet honeysuckles like these.

You’ll love these happy honeysuckles.  They look so realistic, I can almost smell their sweet fragrance.  I stamped each stem in different colors in order to create a colorful bouquet.  The golden yellow tied in perfectly with the yellow from my honey jar.

Behind my floral bouquet, I used the Postal Frames die and the Seed Catalog Background stamp.  

You’ll adore all of these brand new sets and enjoy creating with them just as much as I have!  More to come tomorrow.  In the meantime,  sit back and enjoy what the other designers have created:

The Greetery Garden Variety Collection - Day 2…

Today is all about the flower garden with The Greetery’s new Day 2 products.  They are certainly sweet and so much fun to create with.  My first card uses the new Garden Gear:  Tools die, stencils, and stamps and It’s a Wrap Posy Pocket die.  

I cut my Posy Pocket die from vellum and wrapped up a beautiful assortment of florals including the Plucked Die, BotaniCuts: Lavender Die, and BotaniCuts: Bluebells Die.  I sponged a variety of soft colors over my die cut flowers, spritzed them with water, added a splattering of Distress spray, and tucked them inside my wrap.  I love how they look surrounded in soft vellum.

My darling garden spade was cut and stamped using the new In Spades stamps + stencil and Garden Gear:  Tools die.  In the background I have used the gorgeous, new Seed Catalog Background stamp.  It’s already a favorite of mine and I’ve used it again on my next card, stamping it in white ink over Kraft cardstock.

Once again, I’ve used the Garden Gear:  Tools die…aren’t these irresistible?  I left this one bare, so the pattern I stenciled on the sweet Garden Gear:  Gloves die wouldn’t get lost in the background.  

The Garden Gear:  Gloves stencil creates the cutest, gardening gloves I have ever seen.  I wish they’d create them in my size, as I adore garden gloves.  I added some BotaniCuts: Lavender arranged in between my gloves.  They are such pretty blooms!

The Greetery Garden Variety Collection - Day 1…

Good morning!  It’s day 1 of The Greetery’s Garden Variety Collection Release and it is going to brighten your Tuesday!  My first card uses the new Print Shop:  Daisy Days stamp, stencils, and dies.   Daisies are a favorite of mine, so I thoroughly enjoyed creating with these products.

I used the entire Daisy Days die so it would cover the complete card front.  This die would be beautiful clipped apart with pieces arrranged and used in so many beautiful ways.  I’m going to try that next :).  I used the new Scripty Hello die across the center of my card for my sentiment.  It’s beautiful!

I love that the Daisy Days die comes with individually die cut flowers too, so you can use them on their own, or as accents, such as I’ve done here.  Such a sweet collection!

I’ve used the new Print Shop:  Garden Goodness stamps, stencil, and die on my next couple of cards.  Talk about fun to create with!  I love the whole stencil and stamp concept…have you tried them?

I tucked my Garden Goodness flowers inside a die cut and stamped Signed & Sealed envelope.  Don’t these tiny florals look sweet bursting out of the envelope?  I love light blues, yellows, and gingham mixed together….they make me happy as does this card.  My sentiment and dies are also from the Signed & Sealed stamp set.

To surround and accentuate my flower stuffed envelope, I used the Pretty Postmarks stamps, dies, and Postage Frames dies.  I love how effortlessly Betsy’s products work together!

My last card uses more fresh blooms from the Garden Goodness stamps, stencils, and dies.  They look so beautiful in every color under the rainbow, don’t they?

I’ve used the delightful Scripty Hello die near the bottom of my card.  I love that this die stands alone and is beautiful enough to be all you need for a sentiment.  

I potted these flowers in the Pretty Pot die…give me a pot of wildflowers any day, and I’m a happy girl!  One of my favorite elements in the Garden Goodness set is the butterfly…you’ll find two facing in opposite directions in this set.  Very endearing!  The mat behind my pot is  the Frosted Frames dies.  I love the swirls and playful movement.

Reverse Confetti February Blog Hop…

Hello, friends!  Welcome to the February Reverse Confetti Creative Blog Hop.  You’ll find a list of all the contributors at the bottom of my post.  Prepare to fall in love!

I’ve used the darling Poppies stamp set and dies on my card today.  They are my favorites and I can’t quite get enough of them.  After stamping them, I added a few droplets of water to created a watercolor look.

I layered my Poppies over a die cut tag, cut using the Lovely Tag Confetti Cuts.  I love that this set comes with two different sizes of hearts.  I’ve used the larger on my tag, cutting a window in the center of my tag.

I used a sentiment from the Big Heart Sentiments stamp set and dies.  This set is full of the most perfect sentiments for Valentine’s Day or many other occasions.

In the background I’ve used the Stiched Daisies Cover Panel over patterned paper.  I love the soft, delicate feel it adds to my pretty Poppies.

Reverse Confetti Day 3…

Happy Day 3 of the Reverse Confetti January Release!  My card today uses the gorgeous, new Hello Daisy stamp set and dies.  Isn’t this stamp set beautiful?

I stamped my daisies on white cardstock and heat embossed them using white embossing powder.  I then used ink, Prima watercolor color pencils and Zig Watercolor Markers to add color.  I stamped my sentiment in multiple shades of pink and matted it using foam adhesive squares.

In the background, I used the new Postal Cover Panel die.  All of these lovely, new products will be available on January 8th at Reverse Confetti.

Reverse Confetti Day 2…

Welcome to Day 2 of the Reverse Confetti January Release.  My card today uses some beautiful, new things from Reverse Confetti.  Let’s get started.

I’ve used the new Layered Lots of Love die for my main sentiment.  Isn’t it fun and versatile?  There are so many ways to use this.  I’ve sponged ink over my top layer in the same colors I used on my flowers.  I added just a few drops of water and let the magic happen.  I layered my Lots of Love die over a heart cut from the new Postal Cover Panel.

The sweet flowers are from the new Poppies stamp set and dies.  I love them!  They’re a 4-step stamp set and create such a fun, multi-layered look.  The secondary sentiment near the bottom is also from the Poppies stamp set.  In the background you’ll notice I used the new, Stitched Daisies Cover Panel.  These new products will be available on January 8th at Reverse Confetti.

Reverse Confetti Day 1…

Hello there!  It’s sure been a long time since I’ve tuned into my poor, neglected blog, hasn’t it?  I’m here to share projects created for Reverse Confetti as their Guest Designer, and I couldn’t be happier.

My first card uses the new Love Bugs stamp set and dies.  I am so happy to create with these darling little bugs…Valentine’s Day cards are my favorites!  I paper-pieced my Love Bugs and used Copic Markers for color and shading.

I’ve also used the new Postal Cover Panel dies.  This die set comes with the cute background and heart dies, so you get lots of fun options to create with.  I layered my hearts, adding in the heart swirl from the Love Bugs set.

I used hearts from the Love Bugs stamp set to create my background on white cardstock.  This set is so playful and full of the cutest images and sentiments, such as the one I used on this card.

Ready for some more cuteness?  Have I mentioned how much I love creating Valentine’s Day cards? :). I used the new Large Circle of Hearts die on this card.  Heart Lovers…this one is for you!  I adore it.  

I added in contrasting hearts around the circle using a die included in this set.  Hearts from the new, Big Hearts Sentiments stamp set were stamped on these heart die cuts to add in more character and detail. My sentiment across the front is also from the new Big Hearts Sentiments stamp and die sets.  

In the background I have used the new Stitched Daisies Cover Panel.  Isn’t this the cutest background?  Across the bottom I used a sentiment from the new Valentine Sentiments stamp set…another favorite of mine.  You’ll love all of the sweet sentiments to choose from.

Pinkfresh Studio March 2021 Stamp, Stencil, Die, and Hot Foil Release

Welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio March Release!  It’s a beautiful one, so lets dive right in to the projects!

I’ve used the beautiful Be Strong stamp set, dies, and stencils to create my first card.  I am a huge fan of stamps and stencils...they truly are so easy to use and create beauty in an instant.  The sentiment used on this card is also from the Be Strong stamp set.  I love it!

In the background, I have used the Geo Leaf Background die over paper from the Keeping it Real 6x6 Paper Pad.  This background die is so intricate and lovely.

Before layering on my florals from the Be Strong stamp set, I stamped a block of cardstock using the Nested Chevron Cling Stamps and added a spritz of water to create some blending and softness.

My next card uses the new Reason to Smile Wreath stamp set, dies, and stencils.  Such gorgeous products and so enjoyable to create with.

I love the word stencils that coordinate with the sentiment stamps found in the set.  I added mine across the center of my wreath, stenciling on a banner die cut.  The tiny flowers and additional leaves and vines are from the new Garden Wreath die set.

Isn’t this sentiment beautiful and one you’d wish to send to everyone you love?  I’ve used the Simply Diamonds die in the background.  I love how it compliments the soft, floral wreath.

Pinkfresh Studio February 2021 Stamp, Stencil and Die Release Blog Hop...

 

Morning and welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio February Blog Hop!  This release is gorgeous and full of such creative products.  My first card uses the new Rustic Floral Wreath Die and Stencils.  

I must admit that I was a bit hesitant to use this combination of products, as I have never used anything quite like them, but I am SMITTEN and crazy about combining stencils with a die cut and loving the results.  Pinkfresh Studio inks create such vivid details and bring images to life.

I’ve also used the beautiful Slimline Layered Starburst Stencils, which may be my most favorite product.  You can catch a glimpse of the gorgeous starburst rays, stenciled as my background on a die cut Slim Stitched Rectangle, followed by a vellum rectangle adhered to the center.

I used a sentiment from the Thankful for Friends stamp set and stamped it on a Fancy Labels Frame die cut.

The lovely, new Friendship Blooms stamp set, dies, and stencils were used on this card.  The stenciling over the stamped, detailed images, creates the most beautiful shading and coloring on these blooms.

My flowers are layered over die cut Stitched Scallop Rectangles and Stitches dies with paper from the Keeping it Real 6x6 paper pad.

The sentiments in the Friendship Blooms stamp set are so sweet and unique....it was hard to choose just one to use on my card.  The soft die cut leaves used on both cards are new also and from the Curvy Leaves die set...they’ve quickly become a favorite of mine :).

Pinkfresh Studio September 2020 Holiday Stamp and Die Release Blog Hop...

Hello!  Welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio September 2020 Holiday Stamp and Die Blog Hop!  It's gonna be a fun one!

On my first card I used the adorable, new Pop-Out Folk Christmas Cling Stamp and Dies....LOVE these!

I stamped my images on Kraft cardstock using watermark ink and then heat embossed them using white embossing power.  I added just a bit of color using my Copic markers.  These are such darling images and don't need much of anything to help them stand out!

My sentiment comes from the new Our Home to Yours stamp set (another one you'll love), and the sweet and tiny snowflakes are the new Layered Snowflakes Dies...to die for!

This next card uses the gorgeous, new Ornate Poinsettia Die...it's so beautiful and delicate.  I added my die cut over a watercolor background.

I used the Heather Uppercase Die Collection to create my "JOY", adhering it to a strip of vellum. 

I then embellished with flowers from the Lovely Blossoms stamp set and dies, layering them over beautiful Layered Snowflakes once again.

Pinkfresh Studio August 2020 Stamp and Die Release Blog Hop...

Hello!  Welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio blog hop.  Today I'm sharing a couple of cards using the fun, new Color Block Horizontal Stripes stamp set.  It's such a playful, creative product.

I used a variety of Pinkfresh Studio ink colors in shades between yellow and red, with a few shades of pink added in as well.  I stamped my stripes on a die cut Essentials Tag, also a new product.  I stamped my sentiment on vellum using a sentiment from the new Sending Love and Hugs stamp set.  

The pretty wreath around my sentiment was created using the new Charming Floral Wreath stamp set...it's delightful and so much fun to stamp with.  The tiny sentiment at the bottom of my card is also from the Charming Floral Wreath stamp set.

My second card once again uses the new Color Block Horizontal Stripes stamp set as well as the new Color Block Horizontal Stripes die.  I stamped stripes on my kraft base, heat embossing some in white embossing powder, and some in gold glitter embossing powder.  I then added die cut stripes, cut from gold and silver cardstock.  I love the mix of kraft, white, and metallics.

My florals come from the new Sending Love and Hugs stamp set and dies.  I stamped in a combination of Pinkfresh Studio ink along with white and gold embossing powder.  My sentiment is from the new Thankful for Friends stamp set and is stamped on a die cut Essentials:  Fancy Label Frame.  

Across the top, underneath my florals, I used the new Blushing Floral cling stamp, heat embossing it in white.  I love the mix of bold, graphic stripes mixed with soft florals.

Aren't these amazing products!  They sure are fun to get creative with.

Pinkfresh Studio & MISTI blog hop!...

Hello there!  I'm so happy to be joining Pinkfresh Studio and My Sweet Petunia/MISTI today.  Such a delightful collaboration!  I LOVE my MISTI and don't stamp without it :).  I used the beautiful Just Because stamp set and coordinating die from Pinkfresh along with the Mini MISTI to create my card.

I stamped my floral image on watercolor cardstock using watermark ink and then heat embossed it using white embossing powder.  Using the MISTI allows me to stamp my images more than once to get a very nice, clear, image before heat embossing.  I then sponged on ink in soft pinks for the flowers and pale green for the leaves.  I added water and let the magic happen.  I love how the colors blend and change and truly become art :).

My card base was created using Pinkfresh Studio's Slim Ornate Banner Dies.  I just love the sweet scallops across the bottom edge.  On my center layer, I stamped and heat embossed my florals on pink carsdtock.  I love the delicate, lacy feel this gives.  I then added a vellum layer on top before adhering my florals.

I snipped my stamped and die cut flowers apart in order to arrange them on my card front how I wanted.  This is a fun way to use your stamps differently.  My sentiment is from the Layered Bouquet stamp set and was stamped on a die cut Fancy Label Frame.  The MISTI allows such clean, crisp sentiments....love it!  I love the tiny Bar Magnets from MISTI as well.   To finish, I embellished my card using the Essentials: Crystal Mix from Pinkfresh.

Simon Says Stamp Let's Connect Release...

Morning!  I've got a little something to share with you as part of Simon Says Stamp's new release, Let's Connect!  Such a fun, playful, and versatile release.  I have used (what I think is my most favorite floral background stamp ever) the Spring Flowers Cling Stamp.  

I stamped it on yellow cardstock using watermark ink and then heat embossed it using white embossing powder.  I then sponged ink over my embossed images using pinks,  yellows, and peaches, and then spritzed water over my background.  Since I wasn't quite ready to quit, I used Tonic watercolor pencils as well, needing the bit of detailed coloring in certain spots such as the centers of my flowers.  I then used the Border Bling:  Postage die from Ink to Paper to create a frame from my stamped background.

I added a second frame in white using the Ink to Paper Border Bling:  Skinny Diagonals die around the opening.  I added a sentiment to the center of my card from Ink to Paper's Many Anenomes stamp set along with sweet florals using the Nature's Background stamp set.

pinkfresh july challenge...

Hello friends!  I have recently joined the amazing design team at Pinkfresh Studio and I'm so excited to share with you my first project.  I've created a card using the July Monthly Challenge shown above...I love the colors and inspiration shown!

I immediately thought of rainbows when I saw the colors used in the challenge, so I began by stamping and heat embossing using the Pop Out Rainbow Cling stamp set. 

After heat embossing my rainbow stripes, I sponged the colors of the challenge over each arch, then added a bit of spritzed water to help the colors blend.  Next came the beautiful Foliage Frame die, which so beautifully framed in the rainbow.  I then stamped and die cut flowers in assorted colors using the Lovely Blossoms stamp set and dies.

To finish, I stamped my sentiment from the Layered Bouquet stamp set on labels cut using the Fancy Label Frames dies...my favorite, must have item in my stash for adding sentiments!
